This paper is combined with Jiaodong Yellow River Diversion Project Guishan tunnel construction cases, according to the specification requires measurement monitoring project, method and frequency measurements on-site monitoring. We use the feedback field measurement results of monitoring, and research shotcrete way and the composite support by rockbolt and shotcrete lining in tunnel construction under poor geological conditions.According to the feedback monitoring measurement data, we found that the amount of surrounding the tunnel convergence in the tunneling fastest finish within1.0~1.5h reached nearly80%.And then the convergence rate has slowed down significantly and reached the maximum before the completion of care. When the supporting is completed, the convergence rate almost does not converge. Due to support for keeping excavation during the construction process, we didn’t find face collapse, landslide or rupture. Measured data is a growing trend; Supporting structure deformation is too large or significant stress cracks; Temporal curves for a long time without slowing trend indicates that tunnel structure is approaching a dangerous situation. The results show that short excavation, in the form of reinforcement and early closed composite lining V class surrounding rock under the condition of hole diameter2.6m or so of tunnel construction is feasible.
