With the expansion of the demand for energy, Wind power in the global scope got rapiddevelopment, Proportion of wind power in power grid continuously improved, wind andpower grid will be formed between depend on each other’s situation. Due to the intermittentand instability of wind power, etc Large-scale grid may impact to safety operation of powergrids,Therefore, grid operators abroad will wind power as a kind of important energy in theform of standardization and standardization of wind power at the same time, the grid faultcondition can the wind through the fault of wind turbine grid is important to keep connectionwith power grid technology.Based on permanent magnet direct drive air blower as the research object, analyzes itsgrid structure and mathematical model, In the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform buildingsimulation model and transient analysis, finding out existing problems of dc side overvoltageand grid side reactive power shortage.In order to further implement low voltage ride through, the super capacitor energystorage unit in dc side, the energy storage unit control strategy to achieve a two-way energyexchange and dc side capacitor, under normal circumstances, the dc side voltage is morestable; Failure, by absorbing power, dc side stability of the dc side voltage. Throughtheoretical analysis and simulation study on the grid model under the super capacitor energystorage capacity of accessor methods.In order to meet the low voltage of power grid reactive power support, this paper designsthe grid side converter in the power grid work in unit power factor respectively before andafter the fault mode and the control strategies of STATCOM model. According to the testinglink provides the fault voltage signal of the control strategy of STATCOM and supercapacitors in dc side unit to action, to provide power grid reactive power support to thegreatest extent, in order to realize low voltage ride through.
