Control system is the key equipment of High-speed railway operation. Its structure and function are very complex. To put into operation formally, the equipment safety is a tall order. So, full function test is needed before put into use in a formal. While the traditional manual testing method, the problem is the need to go after artificial regularly, and find out the cause of the failure, demanding and the efficiency is not high, and need to have professional knowledge experts to determine the results, leads to testing process on the dependence of the experts. So study with a system which has function of automatic test, realized automatic judgment is particularly important.This paper mainly research, design and implement of expert system based on test case. The system design the test case that can be program recognition, and on the basis of different test scene, design respectively based on the search of the whole testing case base and test sequence, and based on the Hash search tree method of the test cases quick search match. According to expert system of special judgment reasoning function, can realize the fault analysis and judge, more gives corresponding solutions.The design of the system based on VS2008development environment. The innovation of the system lies in the realization of automatic test system, improve the test efficiency. Expert system has the ability of human expert, reducing the dependence of the system. Fully considering the different design test scene of the testing methods, added to the system of portability. System uses a graphical display test results, greatly increases the readability of the test results.
