With all kinds of new energy development utilization, different forms of new energy are converted into electricity which supplies the electrical equipment. Because electricity is made up of different forms of energy, its quality is uneven. We should adopt inverter technology to improve the output form and convert it to the form which the existing equipment can use. Thus, the inverter technology has been applied to more and more fields. This paper adopts digital control methods which can apply good control algorithms to the system and can realize the system accurately. Digital control inverter overcomes the disadvantages of the analog inverter and makes the structure hardware circuit simple. Because many excellent control algorithms are applied to the inverter system, the anti-jamming ability of the system is stronger and the stability and the accuracy is higher.This paper introduces two methods of sine pulse width modulation, one is the single polarity sine pulse width modulation, the other is the bipolar sine pulse width modulation.This paper mainly discusses the main structure of the inverter and describes each part of the circuit. The main structure includes input circuit, inverter circuit, filter circuit, sampling circuit, control circuit and drive circuit. And the concrete design scheme of the circuit is given in detail.This paper adopts TMS320F2812of TI Company as the main control chip. Comparing the single closed-loop feedback and double closed-loop feedback, this article decides to choose the output current of the inverter as feedback inner loop and the output voltage as feedback outer loop which form a double closed loop feedback system..This paper selects current inner loop as P regulator and voltage outer loop as PI regulator. It first uses the pole assignment method to calculate the value of each parameter of the center when it wants to determine the parameters. Then on this basis, according to the trial and error method it can gain the change rule of each parameter. Then it fine-tunes the parameters and ultimately determines the values of the parameters. It not only theoretically introduces the sine pulse width modulation principle, but also illustrates the implementation method of digital pulse width modulation. The paper introduces the design process of hardware circuit and gives design structure of the IGBT driving and protection circuit, voltage sampling circuit, current sampling circuit, and it also introduces the normalized design of low pass filter design process and specific process of the software in detail.
