With the continuous development of world trade, the cranes in the port, and more andmore areas to be widely used. The rapid rise of energy prices and environmental protectionrequirements, making the traditional crane high energy consumption, low efficiency hasbecome increasingly prominent, prompting the crane to become one of the important objectsof general concern in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection.This paper cranes energy saving mainly includes three aspects: to improve theperformance of the generator set, the use of electricity instead of fuel oil generator sets,hybrid technology. Improve the performance of the generator set, by optimizing the generatorset control algorithm to improve the efficiency of the generator set to achieve lower fuelconsumption, cost-saving purposes, but saving space is limited; use of electricity instead ofdiesel generator sets, the use of cost-effective than diesel power to save energy, but thepresence of input costs, the supply line from the laying of the complex environment of thescene, crane transition inflexible, load potential unreasonable and so on unused or recycled;using hybrid technology to reduce engine installed capacity, the use of super-capacitorsrecovery load potential energy and drive with the engine joint the energy take full advantageof the way to achieve the purpose of energy saving. In view of the front of both theadvantages and disadvantages, it is recommended that hybrid technology to improve theperformance of the generator set, reducing engine installed capacity, and full recovery of theload potential energy, improve system energy utilization, and ultimately customize the systemto the optimal control strategy.In this paper, multiple energy-saving research, detailed theoretical study of hybrid cranesystem through the hybrid crane overall analysis, research hybrid cranes energy controlstrategy.1, analysis of the characteristics of hybrid crane power components and key technologies,including gasoline and diesel engines, super capacitors, bi-directional DC/DC converterworking principle and characteristics of supercapacitor provides a theoretical basis forreasonable matching diesel generator sets;2, by analyzing the energy use of the traditional crane, introduced hybrid cranes energyutilization, energy distribution relationship between the generator set, super capacitors andmotor three proposed adaptive energy distribution control strategy for the realization of thecrane energy-saving and environmental protection, to build a reasonable platform.
