Due to the mechanical characteristics, prestressed concrete structures are often used in large span buildings. With the improvement of the economic life, the structure of large span and space is pursued continually so the prestressed concrete structure is widely used such as Zhongshan Stadium, Ningbo Jiangdong theaters and Guangdong International Building. Although a large number of theoretical studies and practical experience accumulated in the field of Prestressed concrete structure and more, there is still some controversy and worth studying.Based on a lot of literature, this paper includes the research and summary of prestressed concrete structure as follows.(1) Prestressed concrete works are summarized and the works of secondary moment of prestressed concrete are expounded. The equivalent load method is used to design the concrete structures which used as the model to research the internal relations between the prestressing secondary moment and ratio of beam-column. So the paper can provide reference for the study on prestressed structure.(2) Study on the internal relations between the prestressing secondary moment and ratio of axial compression stress to strength.(3) Summarize the seismic design method of prestressed concrete and use the static elastic-plastic analysis method (Push-over) to analysis and research the concrete structures with different stiffness ratio of beam-column and put a economic ratio of axial compression stress to strength so that it can provide a reference or the practice of prestressed concrete structures in seismic regions.(4) Use the static elastic-plastic analysis method (Push-over) to analysis and research the concrete structures with different ratio of ratio of axial compression stress to strength so that it can improve the ratio of axial compression stress to strength advised by specifications.
