In recent years, machinery products which the market demanded currently tends to be more and more diverse, personalized, which make it worse is that market is recovering and some of the market is downturn. And these required manufacturing companies produce varied products as much as possible with the shortest time and at a reasonable cost in the currently economic recession. Modern enterprise must possess capability of efficient product development, shortening product cycles, and launch new products, resulting in a dominant position in the competition. The goal of production system scheduling is arranging processing time of disposal of work on the machine and the priority of operation to achieve full adjustment of material transport, accelerate the velocity of circulation, rationally allocate production materials, improve equipment utilization, and shorten the production cycle, thus achieving the expected results of lower product costs and the optimization of the production.This paper mainly research Automated Guided Vehicle simulation and job shop production system scheduling simulation for the AGV demand and job shop production system demand of Zhuhai Company W in order to solve how to reduce production costs and improve productivity in the situation of vulnerable economic growth and not strong trend of recovery. And this simulation can provide important reference for decision-making management to slove the job shop scheduling problem. This article mainly provided two aspects of the simulation in the following:(1) Simulation of Automated Guided Vehicle demand for company W:my paper simple introduction to the Plant Simulation software which AGV scheduling simulation based on. AGV simulation could slove the problem how many AGV in Company W workshop. We needs to assume part of the conditions, a detailed analysis of the simulation path, combined with the demand in the second chapter, and input programs and data, and debug the program, to enable the simulation modeling run correctly. We could get the best simulation time and suitable number of AGV needs and the machine utilization cloud images and summarize the simulation results by repeatedly running the AGV simulation model and analysis of simulation time.(2) Simulation of job shop scheduling demand for company W:we had a simple introduction for genetic algorithm which Job Shop Scheduling based on, and emphasized the design of the algorithm and genetic manipulation, by designing algorithms and genetic operators for simulation. These papers adopt approximate method for job shop scheduling simulation by selecting the initial population and genetic operators. For30workpiece×20machine in company W, we introduced processing process of the JSP problem, setting up and running the JSP simulation model, and getting the resulting output optimization of curves and Gantt chart.This paper provides an important reference to the company management through to solve automated guided vehicle simulation and job shop scheduling problem simulation. And this meet the demand of Company W when they implemented in the factory for a period, and this can be extended to solve similar problems.
