In recent years, the throughput of container terminal has increased dramatically, which put forward new requirements on the efficiency of terminal operations. Therefore some problems currently need to be solved urgently includes how to plan and design the container terminal logistics system more rationally and effectively, allocate and schedule resources cost-effectively, so that container can fully play its operational capabilities. With the development of the computer technology, simulation technology has become the important tool for the research of port logistics system, which could serve the planning and decision-making management of the container. However, in the case of the lack of the practical systems, how to obtain some more realistic simulations of container terminal logistics system with simulation models, and how to evaluate the effectiveness and credibility of the simulation models more scientifically are still the hot issues in the researching areas of port logistics integrated with simulation technology.This paper focused on the theory of discrete event simulation and got a review of the existing study both domestic and international about the computer simulation technology applications in the port logistics system, and pointed out the research progress of the simulation credibility. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of the container logistics operating system, including large number of system events full of complex relationships and multiple events triggered simultaneously, establishing the container terminal logistics operating system logic model based on stochastic Petri Nets, one tool which can better solve the problems of asynchronous, non-deterministic and parallel. Combined with this logistics model, utilizing eM-Plant to establish the container terminal logistics operating system simulation model, which includes in-out harbor operations of the container vessels, loading and unloading operations, yard operations, outer truck loading-and-unloading container and other logistics operation systems, achieving two-dimensional computer animation of the quay crane loading-and-unloading ship operations, crane taking container, and transposition container operations.In order to analyze the credibility of the simulation model, this paper firstly built a three-dimensional credibility indicator system after the analysis of the container terminal planning simulation credibility. Secondly, contra the planning simulation features of the container terminal, the paper put forward the credibility evaluation method based on gray relational, lastly, verified the credibility of the proposed model utilizing the credibility evaluation method built former.Coastline and quayside, which are the scarce resources of the shore subsystem, have significant importance to the pier manufacturing operations. Therefore, the paper proposed quayside configuration optimization integrated with krn coastline based on the credible simulation model. Besides, as an important reflection indicator, yard operating efficiency is a key role to evaluate the overall pier operating efficiency. With the transposition container rate index and the single bay operation ways of two kinds of import containers, the paper designed three container allocation strategies and four transposition rules, and obtained twelve operation strategies by the combination of two to optimize strategies, of which is the significant reference to pier manufacturing operations.
