This article has conducted the experimental research on the Situ composite space truss (CST), located in gold Phoenix Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province. Tracking and monitoring of the the channel shear of CST in the actual loading state, the paper has researched the mechanical characteristics of the channel shear.With the adoption of elasto-plastic model and Concrete damaged plasticity,the whole loading process of the specimens was simulated with the help of ABAQUS FEM software. Simultaneously, the paper has researched the consideration of geometric and material nonlinearity. Focus on the impact of node structure, the paper has ignored node defects in welds and weld residual stress, and considered all solder connections are equal strength.The relationships between bearing capacity and various influence factors,which include the vector height ratio,the diameter and thickness of wallpapers, the strength of concrete, reinforced concrete slab reinforcement, the thickness of the circular plate, channel size, the orientation of the channel,were analyzed and illustrated in this paper.There are a number of sensitive factors, including the thickness of the circular plate, the strength class of the concrete, the length and the orientation of the channel.By analysis of the relationship between the sensitivities and capacity, this paper has been proposed the formula and design method of the composite joints.
