The bridge plays a very important role in transportation. However, many bridges in the morbid operators, there is a major accident hazards. Some bridges have been far from the design of the operational life of the operating conditions have greatly exceeded the design idea of conditions. Existing monitoring methods monitoring costly (need to purchase expensive equipment), and it is difficult to effectively monitor the tend of bridges’ deformation.The essay base on the theory of Close-range photogrammctry, made a comprehensive discussion of coordinate transformation, internal and external orientation elements and conditions of equations to close-range photogrammetry technology. Collecting data by Non-metric digital camera and using P-H algorithm to extract the object coordinate operator. Non-metric digital camera lens correction and adjustment of the focal length, accuracy and detection, to achieve good measurement accuracy. And bridge deformation monitoring laboratory simulation by using the displacement acquisition floor deflection of the bridge model with the use of non-metric digital camera to capture the deflection values are compared, the results are consistent, measured by the two methods achieve better results. It proves that non-metric digital camera monitoring bridge’s deformation is reliability and accuracy.In this paper, the work and achievements are as follows:1)Summarizing the characteristics of the existing bridge’s deformation monitoring methods, introduce the non-metric digital camera instead of the other monitoring equipment. It can help people save expensive equipment acquisition cost, reduce the consumption of the outside industry job and the cost of human and material resources. 2)By theoretical studies, the non-measurement digital camera lens distortion correction and adjust its focal length, to improve the measurement accuracy of the digital camera of the non-measurement. Assessing the accuracy of the experiment for the non-metric digital camera on the fourth experimental make use for, to ensure the reliability of the experimental simulation data.3)Using experimental simulation of non-metric digital camera on monitoring the bridge model’s deformation, and collecting data by displacement meter at the same time, compare the results of the the displacement meter’s and the non-metric digital camera’s, demonstrated non-metric digital camera monitoring the bridge is reliability and accuracy.
