Construction monitoring and control is an important measure to ensure the quality of large-scale bridge construction. Cable-stayed bridge is high reduntant structure. It needs to control the key technologies strictly. We must identify and correct the error in time in order to make ensure a reasonable linear of bridge. In this paper, the landscape bridge of the bridge of the WeiHe river in ChangYi city, considering its structural characteristics, is used as an example to do the following researches:1) Summarize the development and the current situation of the cable-stayed bridge and the construction control. Make an introduction of the bridge of the landscape bridge. Confirm the key step and technology in the construction process. Targeted a reasonable monitoring program and control methods.2) Create the construction monitoring and control system of the bridge. Analyse the need to monitor and control this bridge. Put forward the principle of control. Lay down the details of construction monitoring and control. Study the methods. Determine the Influencing factors.3) Make the computational model of the bridge with finite element software. Analyse internal force, stress and deformation in the process that the cable is tensioned.4) Make up detailed contents of construction control.5) Collate the results and compare with the design. Find out the reason of the error.6) Introduce some methods to measure cable force. Analyse the method of measuring cable force by means of frequency and the influence factors.7) Make a summary of this article and make outlook.8) This article calculates and analyses the landscape bridge at theory. It’s useful to the construction monitoring and control of this kind of bridge.
