With the improvement of the mechanical properties of the rotation, the gap between the rotor and the stator is getting smaller and smaller, which often occurs rub impact. View the heavy losses from home and abroad by the recent rubbing, it is a long way to go of studying the prevention of the rotor rubbing. This subject researched the flexible rotor rub-impact model and then solving the equations of motion and simulation and calculated the parameters under the bearing axis orbit. Comparison of different parameters revealed periodic, quasi-periodic rub-impact rotor movement patterns. We designed a system used for data acquisition and analysis to measure and analyze the mechanical signal after studying the theory about the data acquisition and the signal acquisition. Based on the Labview software, we completed virtual software in the Labview environment.Firstly, we established a flexible rotor of the rubbing rotor model and its differential equations of motion. We calculated non-linear bearing shaft orbit by solving the Reynolds equation and the use of the fourth-order Runge-Kute method for solving the equations of motion of rubbing. We also calculated the rigidity and the damping coefficient of the oil film by solving the motion of the rotor rubbing the week with the application of partial derivative method.Secondly, we studied the rotor centre trajectory under the influence of different factors. We calculated the bifurcation diagram when the eccentricity equals to0.2and speed range from2500r/min to20000r/min change process. We analyzed Poincare map and the trajectory of the axis at different speeds. We also computed the bifurcation diagram when the speed is4000r/min and the change in the amount of eccentricity within0to0.4. Compared with the bifurcation diagram about the speed change and the amount of eccentricity, we can find the later one has the simpler bifurcation diagram.Thirdly, we researched the data acquisition and signal processing theory and used the virtual instrument terrace to write the rotor platform data acquisition and analysis software. It mainly included the following modules:data acquisition module, signal preprocessing module, signal analysis module and a data processing module. Data acquisition module was about acquisition dual channel of rotor shaft orbit; signal preprocessing module removed the noise in the signal making use of the EMD; signal analysis module contained signal time domain, frequency domain and frequency domain function.Finally, we tested the software on the Rubbing Rotor trial platform and collected the actual axis trajectory data.Through the comparative analysis of experimental data and theoretical calculations, the analysis results show that the theoretical and experimental results are consistent and also certificated the model we built in the paper was correct.
