This paper is composed of three parts, namely introduction,y-spectrum easurement and analysis method, the accuracy of Gammacalib experimental verification and analysis, briefly introduces the y-ray and HPGe detector system, and discusses the general process of the y-ray spectrum measurement and processing, especially for sourceless efficiency calibration method and software. At abroad, Sourceless Efficiency Calibration Method is a kind of new efficiency calibration method, is a kind of calibration technique of radioactive measurement,based on the point-source calibration techniques and Monte Carlo simulation calculation method. Sourceless Efficiency Calibration Method overcomes a few disadvantages that the traditional calibration methods cannot avoid, more and more extansive application in radioactive detection field. Canberra Company production of Sourceless Efficiency Calibration Software-LabSOCS, has been to verify accuracy of various ways in some research meter institutions at home and abroad. And the America ORTEC company y-ray spectrometer configuration, China expert development, Sourceless Efficiency Calibration Software-Gammacalib is very rare on the accuracy of reports, therefore, the study on the accuracy of Gammacalib were studied. The first, use Gammacalib to analyze y-spectrum of standard sample source, the results are satisfactory. Then use Relative Comparison Method, Efficiency Curve Method and Gammacalib to detect4different activity concentrations of Ba-133, Cs-134, Cs-137isotope samples, comparison tests to three efficiency calibration method, the test results meet the expected requirements.
