Rolling bearing is a one of the most important components in rotating machines, and the performance of the whole rotating machine will be affected by their running states. Therefore, the research of rolling bearing fault diagnosis is the crucial part of rotating machines, it has important practical significance.Based on the analysis and summaries of the domestic and foreign rolling bearing fault diagnosis technology research, this thesis has discovered the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing using the method of the shock pulse, resonance demodulation technology and the empirical mode decomposition, and has developed a set of bearings on the basis of virtual instrument diagnostic system. Firstly, in order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional shock pulse meter, the hardware is replaced by the software so that the shock pulse method can be realized on high-precision data acquisition instruments and acquisition software without the help of the specialized equipments. Therefore the instance analysis of the bearing fault diagnosis can be conducted on the rotation experiment station which is built. Because the shock pulse method can only distinguish the existence and the seriousness of the fault but cannot determine the location of the fault, the empirical mode decomposition is used here to analyze the characteristic frequency of the fault, distinguish the fault type.Finally, the research work of this paper is summarized, and some expectations are put forward for further research. |
