With the constrcution of China’s high-speed raril network has entred a stage of rapid development, the transport organization of high-speed rail network which has Passenger Dedicate Lines(PDLS) as backbone and the existing speed-increased railways as auxiliary network related to the vital interests of rail passgengers and transport enterprise. Therefore, rational and efficient train plan is the focus of improving the efficiency of rail transport, while the train operation mode is the basal work.Firstly the paper analyzes the characteristics of passenger travel on the basis of analysis of influencing factors detailedly, while combining with the lines convergence mode of China’s high-speed raril network, bring forward the classes of transfer mode and nonstop mode. Then this paper dicusses the advantages and disadvantages of this two train operation modes. Secondly, based on the principle of operation and influencing factors of train operation modes and from the point of view of the passenger travel costs and tansportation costs, the paper establishes comparison model based on selection parameters of train operation modes, in order to study the linear relationship between the parameters such as the time value of travelers, fares and train departure frequency. Through actual calculation, the paper comes to a determined relationship of these three parameters which the travelers more likely to choose the nonstop mode. The final conclusion will provide advice to the railway organizers. But, the actual situation is that the railway long-distance coss-line passenger flow is transported by both these two train operation modes, this has resulted that the medium speed train runs on the high-speed line, and different speed trains run together. In different speeds matching programs, this paper analyzes the proportion of different speed trains.
