Along with information technology applied in the management of the railway permanent works,there is railway maintenance information management system, railway track state analysis system, railway, flood control and emergency management system works safety production management information system and so on.But these systems are relatively independent, no unified data structure,and it is difficul to share information between each system. Metadata with XML and SOA technology can realize the effective integration of the distributed and heterogeneous data, can encapsulate enterprise existing or existing applications into services, and allows businesses to various data between the application system and sharing each other. This thesis use SOA architecture, metadata technology, Web Services, AJAX and jQuery, according to the characteristics of railway maintenance information, the main research work and contributions are as follows:First, this thesis makes a research on overall architecture of the railway permanent works information sharing. Through analyzing the characteristics of railway permanent works information, combined with metadata, SOA, Web Services, JUDDIV3and UDDIV3technology, public information sharing platform of the overall architecture design for the data resource layer, data processing and conversion layer, data service bus layer and interface layer, and the function of each layer are discussed.Secondly, this thesis makes a research on the key technologies of railway maintenance information data sharing. Through the analysis of the data classification and characteristics of railway maintenance information, and studies the railway works information data, metadata, metadata standard implementation method and the metadata service encapsulation, achieve railway works information data in the data sharing between existing foundation platform.Thirdly, this thesis makes a research on the railway permanent works information foundation platform application sharing. JUDDIV3based on SOA, by studying the new technology, combining UDDIV3and AXIS2, advantage of the characteristics of the WSDL and Schema document, implements the application works information according to the works information classification standard in building a registry of service publishing and querying, and studied the railway works information sharing data other functions of the service bus..Finally, based on a platform of sharing the railway works, studied the track inspection car data in B/S mode of display and analysis. Through the analysis of data for a large number of track inspection car, in the thesis firstly uses two testing data (yi-(mxi+b)) and minimum method, on the track inspection car mileage drift correction; Implements a single batch and two groups of testing data contrast analysis, Achieved by statistical testing data TQI frequency to twice during the evaluation of quality of track geometry change.
