| Traditional electronic load could not satisfy the modern power supply test yet. the new concept of energy feedback electronic load has become the research hotspot. Generally, the basic structure of energy feedback electronic load includes two parts: the load simulation module and the inverter module. This design use H-bridge cascaded multilevel structure as the basic structure of the two parts, because of the characteristics of the H-bridge cascaded multilevel structure, the program can be used for DC electronic load and also AC electronic load.Firstly, the paper analyzes the structure of energy feedback electronic load. Basing on the existing energy feedback electronic load, a new method is proposed: the H-bridge cascaded structure. Elaborate the principle of H-bridges cascaded structure, and simulate the H-bridge multilevel inverter structure, and it can be applied to the load simulation model and multilevel inverter module. H-bridge cascaded multilevel structure can reduce the inductance of input, so as to obtain good dynamic characteristics and simulate various load. H-bridge cascaded multilevel inverter with high frequency isolation transformer can reduce the size of transformers and inductors and reduce cost and reduce the current harmonic.Then, the paper puts forward a circuit to eliminating ripple basing on electromagnetic induction, and the simulation and example shows its effectiveness. The circuit could be applied to the input of the energy feedback electronic load, so that the input current fluctuations of electronic load is very gentle and dynamic characteristics have been greatly improved.And then, the paper puts forward the system design of energy feedback electronic load, and mainly analyzes the design of power supply moduleã€driver module〠rectifier module, and also proposes the digital incremental PID control method which suits for the chip of STM32F103VBH6. This PID control method could be applied to the control system. The main circuit diagram of energy feedback electronic load is proposed, and explains the design specifications, and design feasibility was proved by MATLAB simulation.Finally, the paper analysis the reliability of system design. The main source of electromagnetic interference in the system is explained, and the paper gives the anti-interference design, which ensures the reliability of the design. |
