Capacitor is the main component of electronic circuits which can store electrical energy, charging, discharge, having the characteristics of fluxing ac and blocking dc. However, it is known that the aluminum electrolytic capacitor not only has the abilities of large capacity, small volume, light weight, low price, and certain self-healing function, but also widely used in various electronic circuits. Because the large capacity aluminum electrolytic capacitors can not be made using semiconductor process, the size has been seriously restricted the miniaturization process of electronic apparatus, so the requirements of miniaturization, stability, high performance and low cost of aluminum electrolytic capacitors is increasingly urgent.High volume aluminum electrode foil manufacturing technology is the key technology to realize miniaturization of aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Anodic foil is raw materials of manufacturing aluminum electrolytic capacitor, whose performance of surface anode oxidation membrane greatly determines the volume and the application of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor. In this thesis, combined with the development of high dielectric constant composite oxide film in domestic and foreign and aiming to improve dielectric oxide film permittivity of the high-voltage anode foil, Sol-gel preparation is proposed to produce high dielectric constant composite oxide film. The influence of various process parameters on the the hematocrit rate of improvement of the high-voltage anode foil in preparation process was studied. By analysis of experimental results, the process parameters are obtained, so production level of domestic hematocrit is increased significantly. The following is the main conclusions.1、In this part, composite anode oxide film technology with high dielectric constant under the condition of the valve metal oxide TiO2was studied by the sol-gel method. Main conclusions are as follows.(1) Through lots of trial test and optimization, TiO2sol which is conducive to the high-voltage anode corrosion foil coating with long-term stability has been developed. This ratio is composed (volume),V(CH3COOH):V(DEA):V(H2O):V(c16H36O4Ti):V(C2H5OH):1:1:2:15.(2) Through orthogonal experiment analysis and many experiments optimization, the best parameters of sol-gel process for preparing TiO2-AlO3high dielectric composite oxide film was gotten:10%(volume ratio) tetrabutyl titanate, impregnation for15s, heat treatment temperature of500℃, the holding time for30min. A domestic high-voltage anode aluminum foil was eroded by dip-impregnated with high dielectric constant material TiO2sol in accordance with the optimize parameters, then its specific volume improved36.95%.(3) In accordance with the optimization process parameters to deal with high-voltage anode foil, in the same environment to test its corrosion resistance, corrosion potential moves0.4035V forward and corrosion current density decreased by98.87%, so corrosion resistance was greatly improved.(4) In accordance with a formulation of TiO2sol sol aging polycondensation and to obtain a white powder after500℃heating for a while. By XRD analysis, the white powder was determined to be anatase TiO2.2、In this part, the effect of the high dielectric constant SiO2-Al2O3composite oxide film on Specific volume high-voltage anode corrosion foil was studied. Analysis includes H2O/TEOS, dipping time, the heat treatment temperature and holding time. We draw the following conclusions.(1) The optimal parameters of the process,H2O/TEOS=20, dipping time of10s, the heat treatment temperature of150℃, the holding time for3h.(2) Based on a large number of tests, prepared SiO2sol recipethat can save more than two months is as follows,TEOS:H2O=1:4, C2H5OH:H2O=1:3, HCl:PEG600: TEOS=1:4:15.(3) According to this process, preparation of high dielectric constant oxide on the surface of the etched ultor foil, Specific capacitance increased by72.34%. It is more significant than the effect of TiO2, which is due to the material with aluminosilicate structure has a higher dielectric constant.(4) Preparing by the sol-gel method (Sol-gel method) high dielectric constant composite oxide films, SiO2-Al2O3, is low-cost, easy to achieve line production, and has a good application prospects.
