The research object of this paper is based on the single-phase photovoltaic(pv) power generation off the network. The characteristics of photovoltaic cells and how to design and calculate photovoltaic inverter are studied in this paper. The simulation model of pv inverter is established, and the control algorithm of single-phase pv inverter is introduced and studied.The simulation model of photovoltaic cells based on photovoltaic battery equivalent circuit is built, the mathematic model of maximum power point tracking based on the disturbance observation method is given, and the simulation research is carried out.The FZ06BIA045FH module is studied in this paper, mainly including parameter calculation of the Boost circuit and the single phase full bridge inverter circuit. Two algorithms are used for the software part of single phase full bridge inverter, the PWM duty cycle fixed and the duty ratio of PWM variable.The simulation models of the booster and the inverter circuit are given, and several kinds of commonly used inverter control algorithm are compared.Finally, the experimental results of single-phase inverter are also given.
