| Chongqing, districts and counties city greening construction has developed rapidly. But, in many small cities, especially city small valley, due to the restriction of the natural environment and various socioeconomic factors, the far lagging behind the development of the city green space construction speed, and failed to give full play to urban peripheral green space landscape, ecology, aesthetics etc multiple effect, highlights the canyon type small city three-dimensional space characteristics, to show its unique regional style canyon. Valley type of urban green space system planning, should begin from area green space environment, using the landscape ecology, landscape aesthetics, theory of sustainable development, as a whole the inside edge of the city green space and urban built up area green space system of harmonious and orderly development, to establish an ecological harmony, landscape features prominent, the integration of urban and rural comprehensive green space ecosystem.Based valley type small city region space characteristics, firstly from the two aspects of natural environment and social environment in this paper, the influence of chongqing valley type small main influence factors of urban green space system layout. Then to peng, fengjie, small type in kaixian county in three gorge construction status quo of city green space system as the research object, using field investigation and related software to the cun-ent situation of green space system combined qualitative and quantitative comparative analysis, summed up the canyon model in chongqing urban green space system planning has a good macro greening condition, the layout of the three-dimensional structure and morphological characteristics such as natural ecological network. Makes visual landscape of the systematic construction, reasonable layout of urban green space, to shape the visual landscape in the city of valley type characteristics.
