With the rapid development of the national economy, people’s livelihood projects have invested in the construction of which there have been an increasing number of excavation engineering. In order to ensure the safety of the works of these pit construction and operation, the foundation pit deformation monitoring is essential. Along with the diversity of monitoring methods, also generated a lot of ways and means of deformation monitoring data processing. Each treatment method has a specific application environment, their accuracy is not the same, and therefore very important to select the appropriate method of data processing. This paper briefly describes the basic concepts of the deformation monitoring and conventional methods, combine with the aviation plaza foundation pit support deformation monitoring project instance, determine a specific excavation monitoring program, discuss the laid of the control network and monitoring methods, and provide a reliable data assurance for excavation monitoring. This paper focuses on the following:research the principle of the three single models of gray system model and time series models, combined with the aviation plaza foundation pit support deformation monitoring project instance, write programs in MATLAB to forecast and analysis the same observational data, and compare effect of two prediction models to draw merits and applicability; these two models combined into the gray wavelet model and gray timing model in order to compensate for the lacking of a single model, and the same set of observational data to predict and analysis; compared the effect of single model prediction with the effect of a combination of model predictions, summed up the advantages and scope of the combined model.
