Cement as the most widely used of granular material, because of its wide sources,low price, easy to use, become the main body material and it is widespread coarserparticles in the grouting engineering.But it has a relatively low water-cement,liquidity is poor, water cement ratio is high, long setting time, viscosity changingwith time slowly,Can’t completely meet the requirements of grouting.At the same time,ordinary cement grouting material belongs to brittle material, its low tensile strength,crack resistance, and brittle failure of weakness, from the cement base material isvery difficult to overcome these weaknesses, the most effective way is to usecompound,used in the cement base disorderly to period of chopped carbon fiber is canovercome the defect,on the basis of adding fertilizer1#,2#,3#to make the carbonfiber enhanced viscosity time-varying grouting, in keeping the time-varying slurryviscosity material properties, has better mechanical performance.The research of this paper is based on the above basis, the design of orthogonalexperiment under different carbon fiber content, adopting physical performance testand mechanical performance test of grout stone, and use of the modern equipment,study of grout stone microstructure, research contents and results obtained are asfollows:1) On the basis of predecessors’ research results, summed up the hydrationmechanism of the time-varying slurry viscosity SJP-1material.2) The time-varying slurry viscosity SJP-1material basic physical performancetests: SJP-1time-varying grouting initial fluidity and low viscosity, can pump timecan be adjusted, the setting time can be controlled. Through testing, it is concludedthat the fertilizer2#and3#add quantity on the properties of the flow of the slurry arestudied. 3) Carbon fiber enhanced viscosity time-varying slurry material is a newreinforced material and the traditional cement composite materials. Carbon fiber isanalyzed and test the performance of the materials needed to design on the basis of thecarbon fiber enhanced time-varying slurry viscosity test.4) In view of the carbon fiber enhanced cement slurries, through orthogonal test,obtained the optimum content of carbon fiber reinforced grout stones, and stones foradded carbon fiber slurry of compressive strength and flexural strength test. Carbonfiber enhanced viscosity time-varying with ordinary cement slurry material as basematerial, on the basis of adding additives and carbon fiber, the final match withordinary cement pulp material don’t have time can pump controlled, setting time(initial setting and final setting) is relatively short, high flexural strength, antifreezeperformance good special performance. And slurry mixture ratio can be adjustedaccording to different geological conditions,in order to meet the different structures ofrock and soil body reinforcement requirements.5) In view of the carbon fiber enhanced viscosity time-varying pulp material, hascarried on the related test, flexural strength, compressive strength test andfreeze-thaw compressive test ofquality loss test and freeze-thaw cycles. The test resultsshow that the carbon fiber can enhance the flexural strength of grout stone,at the sametime can improve the antifreeze performance of grout stone.6) By X-ray diffraction test results, and added additives SJP of1#,2#,3#1time-varying slurry viscosity after hydration product of pure cement hydrationproducts and makes no difference, but the amount of hydration products change. Ofhydration product by SEM morphology images, a further argument. Through the testresults,and analyzes the mechanism ofcarbon fiber to improve the flexural strength ofgrout calculi.7) The dispersion of carbon fibers in cement slurry are through SEM morphologyimages can be clearly displayed, carbon fiber dispersed unevenly, the clusterphenomenon easily in the grout stones.8)The SJP-1of time-varying slurry viscosity material application in waterconservancy and hydropower engineering effect is remarkable, and its application infoundation treatment engineering also has received the good effect.
