Stabilized gyro is a crucial part of missile tracing system, which is widely used in navigation, control and guide. As an important part of stabilized gyro, alnico provides magnetic supporting. So it is significant to improve alnico’s detect precision and efficiency.According to the current production situation of alnico in our institute,we have designed detect system. This paper analyses system working theory in detail. Secondly, we discuss the feasibility of alnico detect system in theory, probe into the structure according to every aspect which may cause influent to detection and gives solving blue print. This paper finishes system hardware design in terms of modern industrial detect and control characteristic combined with industrial development states. Based on hardware selection, we adopt a suitable language to explore software which introduces system structure、software flow and implementation of each module, including data collecting、test control and display、data store and analysis、auto report generating, etc. Experiments show that our system has a high precision and efficiency, along with a friendly interface. Finally, we summarize this system, and introduce effect of design.
