Semi-rigid pavement is one of the most important pavement structure in our country, to judge the fatigue performance of semi-rigid materials as accurate as possible is of great importance.Papers on the semi-rigid asphalt pavement design specifications and types of cement stabilized base material fatigue failure mechanism analysis, Adding different doses of Exposing-Aggregate Additive and carrying Third point fatigue test on three types of structure of cement stabilized material base-course. By the probability analysis of Weibull on the results of fatigue test, the paper has a serial of fatigue prefigurative models. What’s more, amends these models linking to the factual pavement performance. With the previous analysis of the classical fatigue equation, after contrastive analysis on fatigue prediction models of different Structure, the fatigue performance with 10% Exposing-Aggregate Additive is superior to that without Exposing-Aggregate Additive or 15%. within the three types of structure, the structure that seminar recommends is the most superiored, and meet the fatigue life of long-life base, besides, executing mechanical properties on the three types of structures, and studying the mechanical properties of specimens between vibration shaped and static pressing shaped, Regression to establish static pressure shaped and the mechanical vibration shaped of the indicators forming the equation.
