Shandong Aluminum Industry Company, which was been constructed in 1952, is the first production basement of Alumina and becomes a large-scale industry that produce 160 million tons of Alumina and 75 thousand tons of Aluminum after fifty years’ efforts.With the increasing of production scale and intelligent of product equipment recently years, it makes more requirements for the capacity and quality of power supply. As the important link in the network of supply power, it is very important that the transformer substation must have the abilities of self-adjustment in unusual case, self-recovery in diagnostic case, the rapid response in accidents, and self-diagnose after accidents. For all these reason, the technology of synthesized automatic system is introduced in order to improve the level of automation and intelligent of transformer substation.Through the inspect and analysis, a synthesized automatic system especial for the transformer substation is designed after having further study on the principal function, conventional design pattern, and communication pattern, and combining with the statement of new constructed 35KV/36KV transformer substation in second factory of Alumina. Also the specific solution is proposed which is objected to the problem in debugging of the system and is very significant for the practical work.
