The Research Of The Use Of Digester With Straw In Shaanxi

This dissertation is part of the new rural reconstruction of Shaanxi which is its“13115”Key Project of Science and Technology. It aimed to find reasonable effective solution on straw utilization in rural areas in Shaanxi Province. Biogas digester with straw is an important way of effective utilization of crop straw. The optimizing methane-generating pit and more rational use of crops straws in this research is aimed at solving the problems present in the use of digester in Shaanxi.Currently use of digester in Shaanxi Province is more and more, with the support of national policy the development of digester momentum is very good, and in recent years there are many research of digester, but series problems also exist in the construction of digester. The change of rural lifestyle, breeding scale, and less rural left population all led to the lack of digester raw materials lead to the abandon of part built digester. This paper focuses on solving Shaanxi methane-generating pit using short cycle time of challenge; at the same time solve the problem of methane-generating pit shortage of raw materials.This thesis respectively direct at the climatic conditions and the problem on service time and raw materials existing in the use of digester in the three different area of North, Central and South of Shaanxi Province. We optimized the traditional style digester through adding the pretreatment unit for raw material, and calculated the heat balance of the digester every parameters on the pretreatment process of methane-generating pit.At last,we checked the feasibility of the pretreatment unit ,which is used for heating the biogas digester,through the simulated experiment based on the transfer way of heat in the real biogas digester.
