The forest pest diseases is natural disaster with the characteristics of heavyintensity, small probability, complexity, chaos and mutability.Monitoring andwarning of forest pest diseases is a practical and interdisciplinary scientific discipline.Remote sensing occupies an important position in monitoring and warning of forestpest diseases. Research of time dimension information has great potential, which hasa significant effect in strengtening theoretical and applied research. Choosing TarimRiver basin Populus euphratica forest area as typical research area, use theApocheima Cinerarius Erschoff as research object, This study analysed the responcesof geometrid pest diseases in remote sensing image, and tried to find diagnosis pointsby using pixel-Based MODIS NDVI long time series data curve, in the hope toconstruct Mutation detection technologies, Pest information separation technology,Spring geometrid pest diagnostic techniques. Verification was conducted accordingto Field surveys and ground sampling data. Mechanism and Temporal and spatialvariation of Spit plus Tugayi Forest geometrid pest diseases in Tarim River basinwere analysed by using these techniques mentioned above.Remote Sensing responseindicators and Remote sensing monitoring model of Vomit plus Tugayi Forestgeometrid hazards were constructed. current situation of Vomit plus Tugayi Forestgeometrid hazards in Tarim River basin were reversed, and its Temporal and spatialvariation was analyzed. The results are as follow:(1) Selecting multiple types of remote sensing data, integrating their respectivespatial resolution, temporal resolution and spectral resolution characteristics, andcombining methods of computer and manual interpretations, and throughinterpreted-authentication-re-interpreted-re-validation process, information of spitplus Tugayi Forest were interpreted. Verification proved that the spit plus TugayiForest remote sensing interpretation accuracy is91%.Statistics, the area of tugayiforest in Tarim River basin is135.1×104hm2.(2)Tugayi Forest main distribution in the Taklamakan desert in the Tarim River basinartificial oases around the perimeter, mainly for distribution along the River.Yarkant River, hotanand Aksu River after the confluence of river basins in the distribution area of52.54×104hm2Tugayi Forest,38.89%of the total watershed area.(3) Build a MODIS NDVI time series data sets.Credibility using linear interpolationmethod based on pixel-band (Pixel Reliability) to a preliminary reconstruction of the sequentialdata sets, the method can be effective cloud, snow removal of noise interference to time seriesdata sets; On the basis of using filtering method filtering method of Logistic model, Gaussian model and S-G model filter method on time series data sets for the reconstruction, by comparisonfound that S-G model filtering better by retaining the details also removes noise in the sequence.(4)Pixel-based MODIS NDVI long time series data curve was constructed byusing S-G model of filtering method. Response of Spit plus the Tugayi Forest springgeometrid pest in the time series data was analysed, and mutation detectionindex(MDINDVI) was calculated basd on the data of NDVI. This model is sensitive todetecting the NDVI mutation point.(5)Application of mathematical and statistical methods, study of apocheimacinerarius erschoff in remote sensing for disaster response on the image, buildingTugayi Forest Looper hazard identification of remote sensing monitoring model,Tugayi Forest Apocheima Cinerius Erschoff Looper disaster NDVI threshold valuedetermined.(6)Using NDVI index model and mutation detection of apocheima disaster identificationmodel for the2011Tugayi Forest Apocheima Cinerius Erschoff in the Tarim River disastermonitoring, and field validation, monitoring and precision83.21%, the model has a larger value.(7)Monitoring shows that2011jiayilinchun Looper disaster in Tarim River basin covers115.59×104hm2, Tugayi Forest has a total area of85.56%.Tugayi Forestr Apocheimacinerius Erschoff disaster occurs mainly in late March, early April and late April, particularlyin the area occurred in late April, reaching48.68×104hm2, Tugayi Forest has a total area of36.04%.In space, apocheima Tugayi Forest generally occur in the basin of the Tarim Riverdisaster, the changes that have occurred over time in the corresponding change.
