The urban landscape is a key element of urban infrastructure. It’s development revlantsto the quality of the life of urban residents. to some extent, It also promote the sustainableand further development of the urban economy, It is a symbol of urban civilization.Therefore, the project management of the urban landscape must gradually strengthen, only inthis way can improve the quality and level of the urban landscape. At present, China’s urbanlandscape planning and management of the project is still in its infancy, and have conducteda number of urban gardens reform and proposed a series of related measures, making thelevel of planning and management level of the urban landscape projects increase, however,the effect of the urban landscape is not too satisfactory, its due role did not take fulladvantage.In this study, the construction plan status quo of the current urban greening projects andthe problems described and analyzed, reviewed the project planning theory and planningtheory of urban greening projects on this basis, new homes in Dongli District, TianjinHuaming Eastern public green building planning, and planning programs given duration,safety and quality assurance measures.Through the green engineering project planning, construction plan provides a newapproach to community greening projects in other cities, the construction side as well aspeople’s environmental awareness and quality consciousness, and encourage projectparticipation in human exploration and research to better green project planning, and thuslaid the foundation for the better the planning of urban greening projects.
