This paper was in order to discover the influencing factors of soil aggregate by researching environment, soil management and utility condition, property of different kinds of soil. The research of soil aggregate in Gansu province can provide theoretical data for exploring reformational strategy in order to improve productivity of soil.The main results are as follows:The different kinds of soil properties were studied. The clay (0.05-0.002mm) was occupied50%of total soil particle in all tested soils.Elian deposits of parent material, artificial factors, artificial effector in soil-formation process. They are not high-fertility soilsThe results show that the content of1-0.25mm aggregate is significantly higher than other grades.MWD and>0.25mm aggregate content are used for evaluating soil quality indexes.>0.25mm aggregate is positively related with organic carbon content.The organic carbon and total N were reductive with the size of soil aggregate, no matter which kind of soil.The1~0.25mm aggregate is the largest amount of nutrients body contribution.The relationship between organic carbon and total nitrogen is positively related in different particle sizes of soil aggregate in four sites.But the correlation coefficient has some difference.
