| In the central region of Gansu province, the soil contains a low degree both of organic matter quantity and carbon nitrogen ratio, this would lead to a problem that the increasing application of the nitrogen can’t radically improve the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer. The additional nitrogen fertilizer will finally lead to the accumulation of soil NO3-; the losses of soil nitrogen and the N eutrophication of the underground water and other ecological problems of pollution.The paper uses the indoor temperature controlling soil culture as the main method. With the purpose of discussing the influence of soil nitrogen transformation under the temperature〠moisture and additional maize straw, we try to provide the scientific basis of rationalizing use of agricultural fertilizer, increasing crop yield, reducing ecological pollution and decreasing the waste of resources for this region.The result proves that:higher temperature, increasing moisture and additional straw can effectively increase the soil respiratory intensity, reduce the concentration of inorganic nitrogen, raise the number of the soil microorganism and enhance the activity of soil enzyme. Among these effects, the moisture plays an important role in this process, the results can be intensive if the moisture factor accompanied with the temperature controlling. Under the same humidity condition, the temperature effect is not obvious except with the conditions of additional straw. |
