Panonychus citri McGregor is one of the main pests of citrus, development of the prevention and treatment effect of pesticides have the important meaning to citrus industry economic. In this paper, Panonychus citri McGregor as thejtested insects were collected from the biological garden of Guangxi normal university. Insecticidal activity of10chemical acaricide and115plant extracts to Panonychus citri McGregor were determined by the using of the method of leaf-residue method in laboratory, and with the new acaricidal agent for envidor are based on the assosiation virulence research, in order to sift effective chemical and insecticidal plant or its mixtures against Panonychus citri McGregor. In order to define and compare the contact activities of different acaricide to Panonychus citri McGregor, contact toxicities of10chemical acaricide to Panonychus citri McGregor were determined by the using of the leaf-residue method in laboratory. Results showed that contact toxicity of10chemical acaricide to Panonychus citri McGregor from the highest to lowest inproper order were avermectins, pyridaben, fenpropathrin, azocyclotin, triazophos, isocarbophos, dicofol, envidor, fenbutatin oxide, omethoate.Their LC50were0.0909,0.26364,0.7281,5.3485,5.625,17.5514,20.1194,26.2938,131.4456and180.6713mg/L. Avermectins had the highest contact toxicity to Panonychus citri McGregor, while omethoate of organophosphate insecticide had the lowest contact toxicity, the former virulence was1987.5831times higher than the latter. And found that pyridaben and envidor also have good active on Panonychus citri McGregor eggs, treatment after7d an average of the ovicidal is97.60%,97.04%.115species of plants belonging to65families collected from the Guilin were extracted with methanol.Insecticidal activity of115plant extracts to Panonychus citri McGregor were determined by the using of the leaf-residue method in laboratory. Results showed that at the concentration of lOg/L,10plant extracts had higher contact activity to Panonychus citri McGregor, of which with a corrected mortality of>90%after48hours were Cibotium barometz (Linn.) J.Sm., Hovenia acerba Lindl., Euchresta japonica Hook.f. ex Regel, Camellia oleifera Abel Journ. Atropa belladonna L., Solanum verbascifolium L., Vernicia fordii(Hemsl.)Airy Shaw, Euscaphis japonica(Thunb.)Dippel, Croton euryphyllus W.W.Smith, Macleaya cordata (Willd.)R.Br.; with a corrected mortality ranging from70%to90%after48hours had12kinds, such as Rhus chinensis Mill., Evodia lepta Merr.; with a corrected mortality ranging from50%to70%after48hours had23kinds, such as Pithecellobium lucidum Benth., Eucalyptus citriodora Hook.f.; corrected mortality of the other plants extracts were below50%after48hours.In oder to further define and compare the contact activities of plant extracts, contact toxicities of10plant method of dipping extracts to Panonychus citri McGregor were determined by the using of the leaf-residue method in laboratory. Results showed that relative toxicities of10plant extracts from the highest to lowest in proper order were Cibotium barometz (Linn.) J.Sm., Euchresta japonica Hook.f. ex Regel, Hovenia acerba Lindl., Camellia oleifera Abel Journ. Atropa belladonna L., Solanum verbascifolium L.,Vernicia fordii(Hemsl.)Airy Shaw, Euscaphis japonicca(Thunb.)Dippel, Croton euryphyllus W.W.Smith, Macleaya cordata (Willd.)R.Br..Their LC50were3.0646,3.3065,3.8108,4.2286,4.2776,4.5155,5.3458,5.7908,6.0833,6.9104g/L. Cibotium barometz (Linn.) had the highest contact toxicity to Panonychus citri McGregor, Macleaya cordata (Willd.)R.Br. had the lowest contact toxicity, the former virulence was2.2549times higher than the latter. And found that Euchresta japonica Hook.f. ex Regel and Solanum verbascifolium L. have a good drive to avoid activity of Panonychus citri McGregor.we are used the new acaricidal agent for envidor are based on the assosiation virulence mixed research. Results showed when envidor and abamectin ratio for90:10, envidor and dicofol ratio for30:70, mixing agent effect of obvious, co-toxicity coefficient respectively are208.4852and199.8240. The envidor mixture of isocarbophos and fenbutatin oxide performance for the antagonism;the envidor mixture of triazophos, omethoate, fenpropathrin, azocyclotin, pyridaben, fenpropathrin performance for the additive effect. Envidor and10kinds of methanol extracts mixed test show when envidor and Atropa belladonna L. ratio for40:60, envidor and Cibotium barometz (Linn.) J.Sm. atio for80:20, mixing agent effect of obvious, co-toxicity coefficient respectively are203.8532andl97.4275; the envidor mixture of Euchresta japonica Hook.f. ex Regel, Hovenia acerba Lindl., Camellia oleifera Abel Journ., Solanum verbascifolium L.,Vernicia fordii(Hemsl.) Airy Shaw, Euscaphis japonica (Thunb.) Dippel, Croton euryphyllus W.W.Smith, Macleaya cordata (Willd.)R.Br. performance for the additive effect. Finally, the mixed trials have2plants effect of extracts to Panonychus citri McGregor on protein content and2kinds of enzymes, After the treatment of the methanol extract of Atropa belladonna L.or Cibotium barometz (Linn.) J.Sm.,both shows that the content of protein declined, the activity of GSTS rised, while the activity of AchE could not be inhibited.
