In this experiment,10varieties sown area larger in Shanxi Province are studied, using the method of sand culture in maize seedling cultivation, filter out the types of maize varieties of different zinc nutrition-sensitive study of zinc deficiency on development of corn seedling growth and physiological characteristics of the impact of zinc deficiency on corn seedling N、P、K zinc absorption, the major findings are as follows:Qiangshengl6, Tunyu68, Nongda3138, Zhongdan2belong to zinc deficiency-sensitive. Dongdan60, Lu Yu39, Dong315belong to a medium-sensitive varieties, Dafeng26, JinYu,811, Zhengdan958belong to zinc deficiencysensitive varieties.Zinc deficiency on corn seedling height, leaf area, root length, root volume, root activity and chlorophyll content have to reduce the phenomenon of different, but the impact of different zinc nutrition-sensitive varieties of corn, and the degree of influence roughly the following trends:the sensitive intermediate insensitive.Compared to normal for zinc, zinc deficiency sensitive species with intermediate varieties of corn aboveground nitrogen, potassium content decreased and the difference was significant, non-sensitive species aboveground nitrogen, potassium content did not affect. The relative aboveground, compared with normal for zinc, zinc deficiency on sensitive varieties of corn roots of nitrogen, potassium content did not affect. Zinc deficiency-sensitive varieties of shoot phosphorus content increased, the phosphorus content of the intermediate species and insensitive varieties aboveground unchanged. Compared with normal Zn supply, sensitive species and intermediate species in zinc deficiency conditions the phosphorus content of the roots were increased, while no effect on the root of the phosphorus content of zinc deficiency is not sensitive varieties.Zinc deficiency status of different zinc nutrition-sensitive varieties of maize seedling aboveground Zn and zinc compared are significantly reduced, but the decline in the extent of different sensitive species, sensitive species than non-sensitive varieties drop of analysis of statistical data obtained sensitive, intermediate, and not sensitive to the root of the decline of the zinc content of the degree of turn weakened. The study found that the case of the seedling stage underground and aboveground-the same rule. Zinc deficiency conditions between the different sensitive species compared to sensitive species aboveground zinc content of less than intermediate, intermediate ground, zinc content of less than sensitive. The roots have a consistent rule. The more sensitive species have the weaker the absorption capacity of zinc.
