Eucheuma belongs to the red algae,is a kind of important economic seaweed,known as the harvest of seabed,it is an important raw material of manufacturing carrageenan,not only has the economic value also has the ecological restoration value. The natural reserve areas of Eucheuma of ecological and environmental conditions is very important for Eucheuma,therefore it is very important to survey the natural reserve areas of Eucheuma of ecological and environmental conditions. In November of2011,we conduct environmental ecology investigation in Oucun sea area、TongGuLing sea area、Huxin sea area. According to specifications fo oceanographicsurvey GB/T12763.6-2007and the specification for marine monitoring GB/17378.4-2007,we research the hydrological physical environment (temperature, salinity, current), water environmental chemistry (pH, dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen demand (cod), nitrogen, phosphorus content, particle suspended solids) and biological resources (chlorophyll a, heterotrophic bacteria, zooplankton, benthic) and discusses the human activities on the influence of Eucheuma growth and Eucheuma protection area of ecological environmental evaluation situation,the results are as follows:In hydrophysical respect, Eucheuma reserve of Huxin port is the highest temperature, Eucheuma reserve of TongGuLing is the second, Eucheuma reserve of OuCun is minimum. Eucheuma reserve of Huxin port is the highest salinity, Eucheuma reserve of TongGuLing is the second, Eucheuma reserve of OuCun is minimum.In the three sea area of current is medium and weak,tide and the Pacific Ocean have a important position.In environmental hydrochemistry respect, for Eucheuma reserve of OuCun, Dissolved oxygen content of less than four kind of sea water national standards, Chemical oxygen demand (cod) content up to the national standard of sea water, pH close to state a sea water standards, Suspended particles for second grade national standard sea water, Nitrogen and Phosphorus content to the national standard of sea water. For Eucheuma reserve of TongGuLing, dissolved oxygen content reach national standard second class sea water, chemical oxygen demand (cod) content up to the national standard of sea water, pH close to the second grade national standards, Suspended particles to state a sea water standards, Nitrogen and Phosphorus content to the national standard of sea water. For Eucheuma reserve of Huxin port, dissolved oxygen content to the national standard of sea water, chemical oxygen demand (cod) content up to the national standard of seawater, pH reach national standard second class sea water, suspended particles to state a sea water standards, Nitrogen and Phosphorus content to the national standard of seawater.To sum up, Eucheuma reserve of Huxin port is the best quality of water and Eucheuma reserve of OuCun is the worst quality of water.In biological resources respect, A total of32species and6groups of planktonic and9species and6groups of benthic were identified in Eucheuma reserve of OuCun, the content of chlorophyll a was0.723mg/m3, bacteria density was exceed815CFU/ml, zooplankton average biomass was0.032mg/L, evenness index was0.3, diversity index was2.175, the benthic average biomass was22.736g/m2, evenness index was0.36, diversity index was2.148. A total of58species and6groups of planktonic and33species and17groups of benthic were identified in Eucheuma reserve of TongGuLing, the content of chlorophyll a was0.646mg/m3, bacteria density was exceed458CFU/ml, zooplankton average biomass wsa0.062mg/L, evenness index was0.718, diversity index was2.578, the benthic average biomass was49.390g/m2, evenness index was0.92, diversity index was3.314. A total of73species and7groups of planktonic and23species and12groups of benthic were identified in Eucheuma reserve of HuXin port, content of chlorophyll a was0.537mg/m3, bacteria density was exceed642CFU/ml, zooplankton average biomass was0.216mg/L, evenness index was0.69, diversity index was2.73, benthic average biomass was394.301g/m2, evenness index was0.87, diversity index was2.76.In a word,water environment is good and biological species is rich in Eucheuma reserve of HuXin port,the second is Eucheuma reserve of TongGuLing,the worst is Eucheuma reserve of OuCun. Eucheuma are dying out in Eucheuma reserve of OuCun and have some in Eucheuma reserve of TongGuLing,in Eucheuma reserve of HuXin port there were a largest number of Eucheuma.Eucheuma distribution characteristics of growth on the trend of decreasing from south to north,visible,human activities has more important influence for Eucheuma.
