This study is doing the select which combines the basis of plant field survey in Tianjin DaHuangpu Wetlands with the filter literature of functional plants. It aims to select the plantswhich have the ability of resistance salt, Nitrogen and phosphorus removal and landscape.Onthe basis of determining the dominant functional plants. Let the mud at the bottom andRhizosphere Soil in natural wetlands as the materials. Separate the Ammonia degradingbacteria, the Denitrifying bacteria and the Phosphate accumulating bacteria which have theexcellent ability of removing Nitrogen and Phosphorus to provide resources for removingNitrogen and Phosphorus’s species configuration in artificial wetlands. To provide technicalsupport for forming effective system which contains pollutant abatement ecologicalrestoration of wetlands.The Da Huangpu wetland has45subjects,123sorts181kinds(cover the assorted unitunder kinds) higher plants. From the number of subjects and sorts, plant species are moreabundant in this district. Most are herbs, rarely woody trees and shrubs plants. There are14subjects40sorts53subjects Salt-tolerant plants in Da Huangpu wetland. It contains31kindsRefused to salt plants,18kinds Poly salt plants4kinds Salt excretion in plants. Function ofnitrogen and phosphorus removal plant a total of7subjects,10sorts and16kinds areherbaceous. Combined with wetland plant salt tolerance and purify the water features.Wetlands in Da Huangpu screening plant wetland landscape to create17subjects,33sorts and45kindsWe took the reed and calamus root rhizosphere soil which came from differentgrowth environment as experimental material. Take xishitubu measures to separatemicroorganism. Preliminary identify physiological and Biochemical experiment ofstrain combination and sequence analysis16s rDNA. Compared all strain’16S rDNAsequence with Prokaryotes’16S rDNA sequence in GenBank. Processing dates with PHYLIP program package software.We got strain and evolutiondistance of standard strain. what’s more, we built systematic development trees.Filter and identify the separated strain. Partial efficient strain are identified to beDenitrifying bacteria LX-17which has99.93percent similar to Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.Phosphate accumulating bacteria LX-9has99.63percent similar to Bacillus subtilis subsp.Subtilis. Ammonia drop down bacteria LB-15has99.60percent similar to Bacillusvelezensis. This study has filtered six Ammonia drop down bacteria, eleven Denitrifyingbacteria and nine Phosphate accumulating bacteria.
