Ecological agriculture which takes biogas as the ligament and takes "Culture-Energy-Planting" as a model protects and improves agricultural ecology environment, stimulates the rural economics sustainable development. Biogas fertilizer is farmyard manure produce from biogas system. It is rich in many nutritive elements such as macroelement, microelement, organic matter, amino acid and vitamin. The studies indicated that Biogas fertilizer is a good fertilizer and feed. Carried out the influence of biogas fertilizer on crops improves recycled and reused agriculture waste and the construction of ecological agriculture.Navel oranges which come from upper, middle, lower layers of the hill in Jing’an county, Jiangxi province are the experimental materials and the only difference is whether application of biogas fertilizer. Fruit quality have been determined and contrasted. We evaluated the influence of applicationof biogas fertilizer synthetically by the above indexes. The results show that:fruit shape index, section of fruit, application of biogas fertilizer, edible rate, Vitamin C content, total soluble sugar content, soluble solid to acidity ratio, ratio of total soluble sugar to titratable acidity increased by biogas fertilizer application and thickness of fruit shape, titratable acidity decreased by biogas fertilizer application. Fruit shape index, juice yield, dissolved solid matter, titratable acidity, ratio of total soluble sugar to titratable acidity have notable difference in upper layer. Single fruit weight, edible rate, thickness of fruit shape, dissolved solid matter have more notable difference in middle layer. Single fruit weight, thickness of fruit shape, dissolved solid matter ratio of total soluble sugar to titratable acidity have more notable difference in lower layer.19elements of Al, As, Ba, Bi, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, Pb, Se, Sr and Zn in all samples’ roots, stems, leaves, pulp, peel, soil have been determined by using ICP-AES. And the elements significance of difference were analyzed. The results showed that:Ca, Pb and Sr have more notable difference in upper layer. Cr and Mn have more notable difference in middle layer. Ca, Cr and Sr have more notable difference in lower layer.Ponkan mandarin oranges which come from Jing’an County, Jiangxi Province are the experimental materials and the only difference is whether application of biogas fertilizer.19elements have been determined by using ICP-AES. And the elements significance of difference were analyzed. The results showed that:Ca, Cr, Cu, Mn, Pb, Se and Zn have more notable difference in all samples.Cottons which come from De’an County, Jiangxi Province are the experimental materials and the only difference is whether application of biogas fertilizer.19elements have been determined by using ICP-AES. And the elements significance of difference were analyzed. The results showed that:Ba, Cd, Co, Cu, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni and Se have more notable difference in all samples.Al, Ca, K, Mg and Na which average content is more than1mg/kg are rich in all samples. Cr, Fe, Mn, Pb, Se which average content is more than0.1mg/kg and less than1mg/kg are less relatively in all samples. As, Bi, Cd, Ni are below the detection limit in many samples. Although not all elements are significantly, the vast majority of elements are significant differences. The influence of the element content on biogas fertilizer application is not neglected. All samples are meeting both Safety qualification for agricultural product-Safety requirements for non-environmental pollution fruit (GB18406.2-2001) and Free-pollutant food-citrus fruit industry standard (NY5014-2005) requirement.
