This study first to add different concentrations of gibberellin in the pre-culture study on Orobanche cumana seeds and Orobanche aegytiaca seeds germination and research of our country at present large extension of the11kinds of sunflower plant varieties (Dahei Pian,505,118, Zajiao Sanhao, Xinghuo Huakui,5009, American618, Edible sunflower306,2002, Huanggu Daren and Heisan Daomei) induced Orobanche the differences of seed germination launched research, screening can secrete a sunflower seed germination of material stimulation Orobanche varieties, and uses the seedling stage and mature period and in different N, P, NP interactive concentration processing and soil with sand ratio, gathering the sunflower plant each part each time organs (seedling stage five the growth phase of the sunflower plant rhizosphere soil, and the earth and the root, the mature period will plant in eight parts for the root,20cm right above root, middle part of the stem, leaves (upper, middle and down leaves), disks of sunflower, different elements of the some sunflower ratio processing and root) to direct stimulation sunflower seed germination Orobanche, screening secrete plenty Orobanche seed germination and the variety of irritant substances growth period and identification of plant organs germination rate high, for the future of agricultural production by "suicide germination" way to control weeds, provides the theory basis for elimating Orobanche seeds bank.Orobanche seeds at different concentrations of GA3continuous pre-cultured for14days after the study results show that O. cumana seeds and O. aegytiaca seeds will not directly germinate in distilled water. O. cumana seeds in different concentrations of GA3pre-culture can not be directly stimulate to germinate, and the O. aegytiaca seeds in the preculture of10"4mol/L GA3can directly germinate, using a low concentration of GA3(105mol/L and10’6mol/L) pre-culture can not directly stimulate O. aegytiaca to germinate. Both O. cumana seeds and O. aegytiaca seeds after different concentrations of GA3solution in distilled water for pre cultured for14days, and then adding different concentrations of GR24and Strigol can stimulate the two Orobanche seeds to germinate.Seedling stage by five growth phase each species of rhizosphere soil, root and the shoot of the department of methanol extract and aqueous extract to induce O. cumana seeds to gernimate test can see, most varieties in two-leaf can reach the highest germination rate, with four-leaf and eight-leaf the germination rate are much higher, that is easy to be parasitic in this phase; With six-leaf and ten-leaf stage most of the varieties are in relatively low germination rate, this time is an antiparasitic phase.In sunflower mature stage, most varieties in sunflower roots, leaves and tray parts stimulate O. cumana seeds of germination rate is higher; And in the stem parts of the germination rate is lower. Undiluted extracts can not induce Orobanche seeds to germinate, high concentrations shows some of the inhibition and low concentration is promoting. Too high or too low concentration can not stimulate Orobanche seeds to germinate, in different plant parts the amount of germination irritant substances are different.In different N, P, NP and soil and sand ratio processing all varieties both roots and shoots induce Orobanche seeds to germinate, and the germination rates are different, the differences between varieties are significant. Most varieties of sunflower roots reach the highest germination rate is in the Nl, P1, P4and sand to soil1:3treatment, NP interactive processing are relatively germination rate all higher, but the shoots germination rate is higher in N3, N5, P4, P5, N1P5, N5P5, soil to sand in1:1and1:3treatment is higher. All sunflower varieties both roots and shoots in the sand treatment the Orobanche seeds germination rate are the lowest.Therefore, in sunflower origin large area and Orobanche of high incidence area, in the sunflower before sowing at half a month to choose the higher germination rate varieties of Edible sunflower306,2002and Huanggu Daren to cultivate to two-leaf phase or in mature stage after sunflower harvest then choose the higher germination rate varieties of Xinghuo Huakui, Edible sunflower306or huanggu Daren’s roots, leaves and disks, drying and crushing or use different N, P, NP interaction and sand and soil ratio with the highest germination of breeding to four-leaf phase and then all fallow. In this way the seeds of Orobanche in the soil could be germinated, by these residues to remove part of the Orobanche weeds, the "suicide germination" pathway to diminish Orobanche seeds bank in the soil. And then reduce the harm of sunflower broomrape, improve the yield and quality of the sunflower.
