Soil microbes is the most active part in soil. Soil microbes and enzymes is power in soil nutrient cycling and energy transfer. Soil microorganisms to external conditions is very sensitive. In the production of various measures on soil microbes and enzyme influence. On the basis of a tillage field trial at Hailun Agro-ecosystem Experimental Station of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Study of different agronomic measures on soil microbial and enzyme effects. Main original conclusions were shown as follows.1、Long term experiment began in1985, set of3ecological systems:Bare Land, BL Glass Land, GL; Zero Fertilizer, ZF. Crop planting patterns for soybean and corn-wheat rotation. Effect of different ecosystem on soil microbial and enzyme activity. The results show that Grassland bacterial richness (S is26) and microbial functional diversity is higher than that of farmland and bare. Grassland urease, invertase and phosphatase activities were significantly higher than that of farmland system and in April than in July and enzyme activity. Natural vegetation restoration is an effective way to improve soil productivity. The results of farmland system are similar to bare land system. Results show that long-term without any material inputs in the farmland farmland soil environment worsens gradually. Soil fertility decreased gradually.2、esting began in1990, Cropping system using wheat-corn-soybean rotation, with6fertilizer treatments, the2010planting soybean. Soil microorganisms and enzyme activity was studied under3fertilization modes of without fertilization, single application of chemical fertilization and organic plus chemical fertilization. Results show that organic plus chemical fertilization is conducive to maintaining the bacterial diversity (S is17). Application of chemical fertilization causes decreased bacterial diversity. organic plus chemical fertilization not only improves the soil microbial carbon source utilization ability, functional diversity, and significantly improved the soil enzyme activity. So organic plus chemical fertilization could improve soil micro ecological environment and soil fertility.3、Testing began in1991,3treatments:Soybean continuous cropping (S...SS); Soybean rotation (wheat-corn-soybean rotation); Fallow. Effect of soybean continuous cropping system and rotation cropping system on soil microbial and enzyme activity. The results show that aerobic nitrogen-fixing bacteria amount (21964/g dry soil) and anaerobic cellulose decomposing bacteria (94315/g dry soil) is most under fallow treatment. Rotation of ammonia oxidizing bacteria most. Denitrifying bacteria in the3processing quite close to. but the highest in continuous cropping. Description of long-term continuous cropping decreased the soil enzyme activity. So long-term continuous cropping of denitrification in soil reinforcement. Soil enzyme activity under long-term rotation was higher than the continuous cropping system.
