As the most important component of terrestrial ecosystems, forests store most of the organic carbon in terrestrial ecosystems. Its proportion reaches76%~98%, and is a vital part of the global carbon cycle. The forest operations activities of human beings not only change the forest in the research field of macro world, but also have made effect on forest in the research field of micro world. In recent years, the change of forest-carbon stock and its effect on the impact of the greenhouse effect become noticeable. Harvesting is the primary means for human to access to timber resources, and its impact on forests reflecting in many aspects, especially on the control of the atmospheric greenhouse effect, which has very important significance.Heilongjiang Province Dailing Forestry Bureau Dongfanghong foresty is the object of our study. Combining with the operating conditions of the local forest, this article explores the affect of forest harvesting on conifer forest carbon stocks in Xiaoxing’anling, and the largest forest harvesting intensity, and carbon sequestration gains on the basis of keeping the carbon exchange balance. In order to analyze the impact of forest harvesting on conifer forest carbon reserves of Xiaoxing’anling, this article divides carbon stocks (carbon pool) into the forest carbon pools and soil carbon pools. At the same time, due to the different response to forest harvesting of different tree species, the research is divided into different species. Synthesize forest carbon pools and the soil carbon pool carbon stock as a complete carbon pool. The results show that, for coniferous forest, the first class of broad-leaved forest, the second class of broad-leaved forest, stand by carbon sinks to carbon source critical cutting intensity of30.92%,20.13%and14.46%respectively. Harvesting intensity is less than the critical strength, harvesting disturbance, soil additional release of carbon to be absorbed by the forest vegetation, the absorption capacity remaining, the forest is divided into a carbon sink; greater than the critical cutting intensity, the local forest plant can not give full absorb the extra release of disturbed soil carbon, the release of residual carbon, the forest is divided into carbon sources. Finally, according to the economic value of the timber market and the value of carbon sinks, comprehensive study of the three categories stand a reasonable harvesting intensity. Conifer stands anti-jamming capability is weak, in order to ensure the carbon sink capacity of forests, and get higher economic benefit of harvesting wood harvesting intensity should be no higher than25.19%; the most anti-jamming capability of the first class of broad-leaved stands, in order to ensure the carbon sink capacity of forests, harvesting intensity can be strong, but not higher than17.53%; the worst anti-jamming capability of the second class of broad-leaved stands, in order to ensure the carbon sink capacity of forests, harvesting intensity is not high13.34%.
