Simulation Model For The Development Stages Of Pepper,Radish And Its Application In Mountain Vegetable Planting

In this paper, The conception and calculation method of Temperature Unsuitability (Us) was first given and it was proposed to evaluate the suitability of temperature condition for pepper and radish in each growing stage. The Us of pepper with different transplanting seedling date and radish with different sowing date in each growing stage was calculated in different year at different height. The best planting height and transplanting seedling date of pepper and sowing date of radish was supposed under the Us result set. The result showed clear meaning, and can explain viewpoints. The conclusions accord with the fact, which could make a direction in production. The main conclusions are as flow.Based on the concept of physiological development time (PDT) and the comprehensive consideration of the effects of temperature and photoperiod, the simulation model for the development stages of Pepper and Radish was constructed In the simulation model of Pepper, the temperature sensitive parameter ts was0.240, that means within the range of suitable temperature the development rate of pepper changes slowly. The required PDT that pepper reach seedling emergence stage, initial flowering stage, initial stage of picking after sowing was11d,57d,80.5d, and the root mean squared error (RMSE) between simulated and observed days was2.9d,4.5d,6.7d in those periods.In the simulation model of Radish, the temperature sensitive parameter ts was2.184, that means the development rate of Radish changes quickly under different temperature. The required PDT that Radish reach seedling emergence stage, harvesting stage after sowing was4.4d,38.8d, and RMSE between simulated and observed days was0.6d,1.6d in those periods.The suitable planting height of pepper was800m and1200m. The suitable transplanting seedling date on800m covers from May19th to June26th, and the suitable transplanting seedling dateon1200m covers from May23rd to June15th.The suitable planting height of radish was above800m, especially on1600-1800m. The best sowing date on800m was April30th or August20th, the best sowing date on1200m was May10th or August1st, the best sowing date on1600m covers from May21st to August1st, and he best sowing date on1800m covers from May23rd to July28th.
