Research On Leaf Mature Rule Of Flue Cured Tobacco Main Popularized Varieties In Northeast

The systemic research on the leaf mature rule of flue-cured tobacco main popularized varieties of Jiyan9、Yun87and JY-02-3in Northeast. Through investigation of agronomic character observing departmental appearance characteristics of the leaf and testing the leaf chemical composition of different parts and different ages to find the maturing process of Jiyan9、Yun87and JY-02-3. The result shows,the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar of tobacco leaf first rises and then declines with the increasing age, and the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar increases obviously compared with the fresh leaf.Each part nicotine content has a tendency of first rising and then declines with the increasing age of tobacco leaf of Jiyan9、Yun87and JY-02-3. And the nicotine contents of cured tobacco leaf slightly decreases. The total nitrogen contents of tobacco leaf keep declining with the increasing age, and the nitrogen of cured leaves slightly decreases. The CHL contents of tobacco leaf keep declining with the increasing age of Jiyan9、Yun87and JY-02-3. It shows that illustrates has rich and high quality of aroma, and all the ratios and aroma components are harmonious and valuable in usage and economy.It shows that the best age is60to65days for the lower leaves;65to70days for the middle leaves;70to75days for the up leaves.
