Soil insects are these insects whose all lifetime or one of the development stages live in the soil. They can influence the soil environment and can be seen as a sensitive instructions biological of the change of land. Agricultural production activities affect the distribution, type and quantity of animals including soil insects. On the one hand, the number of soil insects and habitats are influenced by tillage modes, soil properties are associated with soil insects; On the other hand, soil insect community or species character create a feedback loop with the ecological system of agriculture, such as nutritional substances nitrogen, phosphorus and crop condition. In recent years, as the Global attention of biodiversity and its protection and the global environment change, the study of soil insects has become a hot spot and the frontier in ecology research. This study set four tillage modes about abandoned, tilled, no-tillage and rotary, study the effect of different tillage modes on large soil insect community, gut microbes of soil insects, readily available nutrient of soil, soil organic carbon and the soil microbial. Through the study of the effect of the different tillage modes on soil insects and the living environment of soil insect,we can get the theoretical foundation of choosing the most reasonable cultivation measures in these we can get the greatest degree while the soil pests can be in control.1.Through investigation and analysis of the large soil insect community, we found that no-tillage are better to protect the soil insects diversity, so it would increased the risk of the violations by pest underground in a certain degree. Tillage modes can improve the advantage of gut microbes population of soil insects.2.The four different tillage modes has different effect on readily available nutrient of soil. No-tillage can improve Soil organic p content, and it has a significant difference between four tillage modes. It has no significant difference between four tillage mode on the content of NH4-N while the content of NO3-N has a trend rotary> tilled> no-tillage> abandoned. The content of Rapidly-available potassium shows that the abundant is highest and the no-tillage is the lowest.3. No-tillage and rotary are both beneficial to the accumulation of SOC. Compared with abandoned, total organic carbon under no-tillage and rotary respectively increased26.42%and12.52%; The Active Organic Carbon responded to different tillage modes in different ways, Compared with abandoned, when take the mode of tilled, no-tillage and rotary. Easily oxidized organic carbon respectively increased23.72%,44.34%,27.84%, water oxidized organic carbon respectively increased24.11%,24.56%,43.89%; Soil microbial biomass increased109%under no-tillage. There are no significant change under other tillage modes; soil cultivation have promotion effect to optimize carbon management index, but there is no significant difference among this three parts. From this, we can see that different tillage modes have significant effect on Organic carbon library activities in Fluvo-aquic Soils.4. The soil microorganism with high carbon source metabolic ability and metabolic activity under the tillage modes of abundant and no-tillage which significantly higher than other tillage modes. The functional diversity, dominance and richness index of soil microbes in no-tillage and abandoned are incredibly similar, when them fell significantly in tilled and rotary. Compared with no-tillage, them decreased respectively by32.12%,13.68%and68.52%in tilled and25.36%,11.05%and61.11%in rotary tillage. The result of PC A and cluster analysis demonstrate that the carbon source metabolic pattern and ability of the soil microbes in no-tillage was similar to that in abandoned, while it have a significant alteration in tilled and rotary. Soil bacterial community PCR-DGGE test results show that the effect of different tillage modes on the soil microbes bacterial community region is not significant.5. The relationship of each factor and soil insect communities and their gut microbes in the soil environment under different tillage is not obvious, there is a complex relationship, need to be further in-depth study.
