Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) as one of the most important staple crops in the world,plays a significantly important role in the industry and the lives of people. Construction ofgenetic map and analysis of QTLs controlling yield and quality of wheat not only havetheoretical significant but also have good application prospects. In this study, the genetic mapwas constructed using a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population generated by out crossingthe strain Gaocheng9411to Shannong01-35We totally got502Polymorphic molecularmarkers and construct the linkage map using Mapping soft wares MAPMAKER/EXP3.0andMapchart2.1. Futher more, QTLs associated with PH, HT, FT, Spike related traits, SNPP,GW, GD, KH, GPC, FPC, RVA profile parameters, Zeleny sedimentation value were analyzedby the software ICIMapping that is developed based on the principle of inclusive compositeinterval mapping. The results were summarized as follows:1Construction of genetic mapThe genetic map consisted of one TaGW2-CAPS,59SSR, and442DArT markers in29linkage groups, including54novel markers (44DArT markers and10SSRs) assigned into18linkage groups. The total genetic length of the map was4084.5cM with an average intervaldistance of8.13cM.168loci showed segregation distortion. The distortion loci were notevenly distributed among the A, B and D genomes.2QTL mapping for Plant height, Heading time and Flowering timeA total of22QTLs associated with plant height were detected including15major QTLs.QPh3B.1-48and QPh3B.1-65exhibited phenotypic contributions higher than10%in differentenvironments, and two molecular markers closely linked to the two QTLs wPt-529andwPt-667746were found.Four and two major QTLs for heading time and flowering time were detectedrespectively. QHt1B.1-87and QFt1B.1-87was the locus that controls Heading time andFlowering time concurrently.3QTL mapping for spike related traits and Spike number per plantA total of104additive QTLs associated with seven spike related traits, including31major QTLs. Four major QTLs associated with KWPS were detected. QKwps4B.1-99 exhibited phenotypic contributions higher than10%in E1, E2, E3, E4and Pooled Data.Additionally QTLs associated with KNPS, FSN, SSN, SNPS and SNPP in the same markerinternal with QKwps4B.1-99.Five additive QTLs for Spike number per plant were detected totally, including threemajor QTLs. QSnpp4B.1-99exhibited phenotypic contributions higher than10%in differentenvironments and Pooled Data.4QTL mapping for Grain weight, Grain diameter and Kernel hardnessA total of53additive QTLs were detected for the three Kernel related traits. For the threetraits21major QTLs were detected. QTLs associated with Grain weight, Grain diameter andKernel hardness close to TaGw2-CAPS on the6A chromosome could be detected in differentenvironments.5QTL mapping for Grain protein content, Flour protein content, Zeleny sedimentationvalue and RVA profile parametersThree major QTLs for grain protein content and nine major QTLs for flour proteincontent were detected. QFpc5B.2-12and QGpc5B.2-12was the same locus for Grain proteincontent and Flour protein content respectively explaining5.87%~7.82%and4.05%~45.61%of the phenotypic variance.Five major QTLs for Zeleny sedimentation value were found, with each explaining11.67%~58.64%of phenotypic variance respectively, among which QZsv1D-108could bedetected in E1, E2and PD, and exhibited phenotypic contributions higher than10%in E2.Mapping analysis showed53additive QTLs for seven RVA profile parameters (PV,TV,FV, BD, SB, PAT, PET), among which24QTLs exhibited phenotypic contributions higherthan10%. Four QTLs clusters for RVA profile parameters were located on chromosomes3A,4B, and6D respectively. Two QTLs clusters were located on chromosomes3A. It isremarkable that the QTLs cluster in the interval wPt-7569--wPt-3908on4B chromosomeconsists six QTLs, among which QTLs for PV, TV, FV and SB could be detected indifferent environments and PD.
