As the intermediate host of several types of parasites, Lymnaea Snails has causing a series of problems of the parasitic diseases dispersion, production of rice, and ecological environment, endanger animals and human health directly or indirectly. An investigation into the distribution of Lymnaea Snails at6sampling sites in Fuzhou was carrired from September2010to September2011. Of four species identified in total, three ones(Radix swinhoei, Radix plicatual and Radix lagotis)were from Radix, and the other one(Galba truncatula) was form Galba.Extracts of Allium Sativum L.,(AS) Melia azedarach L.(MA) and Sophora flavescens Ait (SF) was used to examine the killing effects on Galla. The results showed that the mortality rate of Gall was70%while it was treated48th hour with extract of AS(8mg/L),the mortality rate was80%while it was treated48th hour with extract of MA(80mg/L), the mortality rate was90%while it was treated96th hour with extract of SF(22.4mg/L). And the LC50of the3extracts are4.96mg/L(SA),37.46mg/L(MA)and45.60mg/L(SF).The impacts of pesticides on the iso-enzymes of EST and SOD of the Galla were studied. The activity of EST and SOD leaves varied.
