Salmonella is one of the most common food-borne zoonotic pathogens in veterinary and medical clinical,resulting in a greatly harm to the livestock industry and human health. In order to combat the swine and to promote the growth of pigs in intensive pig production in recent years, antibiotics have been widely used,resulting in resistance of Salmonella have become increasingly prominent.Salmonella is an important pathogen against the swine industry,the pig is an important storage reservoir of Salmonella,Salmonella can be spread by pigs, and thus cause pollution of food, endangering public health.In this paper, Samples of the live pig of a slaughterhouse and three large pig farm lactation pigs, conservation pigs, three boars in pigs in Guangxi were collected for the isolation and identification of salmonella.There are235Samples were collected for the bacteria purification, biochemical tests, serologic tests, PCR identification and pathogenic test. we obtained39strains of Salmonella, the detection rate was16.6%(39/235). There are35strains come from the pig slaughter house in Nanning city.In this three pigs farms, Nanning region collection fresh pig manure44samples, separating1strain of salmonella, the detection rate was2.3%(1/44);Guigang region collection fresh pig manure30samples, separating1strain of salmonella, the detection rate was3.3%(1/30); Liuzhou region collection fresh pig manure30samples, separating2strain of salmonella, the detection rate was6.6%(2/30);These39strains of salmonella belong to four serum group, including B group of19cases and11strains of it belong to Derby Salmonella; C1group of1strain, belonging to rissen salmonella; C2group of1strain; E1group of8strains; The rest of the8plants belong to A-F group. There are33strains salmonella have pathogenic to mices, the pathogenic rate is84.62%(33/39). The pathogenicity of26strains are high, and mortality was100%(3/3); five strains mortality was66.67%(2/3); Two strains mortality was33.33%(1/3). There are31kinds of antibiotics used to sensitivity test. The resistance rates of39strains salmonella to Penicillin G、 Novobioci、Oxacillin were100%,94.9%and94.9%, respectively. The multiple drug-resistant strains above5kinds of antibiotic reached to100%(39/39), the most common multiple drug-resistant spectrum was PEN-OXA-NOV-VAN-TMP, accounting for84.62%of the separation strains (33/39). Indicated that different group of clinical health pig with different degree of salmonella, separation resistance poses a serious strains, multiple high resistant.These39Guangxi separation plants of salmonella, used Touch-down PCR amplification7kinds of virulence genes (invA, hilAl, sipA, sopA, sopB, sopD, sopE2), classe Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ integration and27kinds of resistance genes: quinolones-resistance genes (qnrA, qnrB, qnrS, aac(6’)-Ib), Extended spectrum beta-lactamase(TEM,SHV, OXA, blaTEM, blaPSE), aminoglycoside-resistance genes (aadA1, aadA2, aadB, aph (3’)-Ⅱa, aacC2, aac (3’)-Ⅱa, strA, strB); Sulfonamide-resistance genes (sull, sul2, sul3), chloramphenicol-resistance genes (Catl, Cat2, CmlA, Flor), tetracycline-resistance genes (tetA, tetB, tetG). The results show that, these7kinds of virulence genes invA, hilA, sipA, sopA, sopB, sopD, sopE2detection rate were100%,87.18%,84.62%,5.13%,66.67%,48.72%,35.9%; The detection rate of classe I tegration was46.15%, and variable area detection rate was7.9%(3/39); There are21kinds of resistance genes were testing out from27kinds of resistance genes. The resistance genes tetA, sul2, qnrB were commonly, detection rate were69.23%,69.23%and 56.41%respectively; The detection rate of other resistance genes Flor, tetG, TEM, blaTEM, aadA2, strB, sull, qnrS, strA, Sul3, OXA, aph (3’)-Ⅱa, tetB, aac (6’)-Ib, cmlA, aac (3)-Ⅱa, aacC2, aadA1were46.15%,41.03%,38.46%,38.46%,38.46%,35.90%,35.90%,28.21%,28.21%,28.21%,25.64%,25.64%,25.64%,23.08%,20.51%,12.82%,7.69%,5.13%, and failed to detect Catl, Cat2, qnrA, SHV, blaPSE, aadB genes.
