Three accumulated temperature zones and different genotype varieties Zheng958and Fengdan3were set up to study the influence of temperature gradient on the Northeast spring maize senescence andgrain filling process and to reveal the mechanism of chemical regulation of its regulation, inHeilongjiang Province in2010and2011.Three accumulated temperature included the first accumulatedtemperature zone, the second accumulated temperature zone and the third accumulated temperaturezone, Chemical regulation was spraying PKN when the six leaves page. Corn morphologicalcharacteristics, leaf senescence-related activity, the enzyme activity of maize root aging, corn grainfilling index, and grain yield and yield components were determined. The results show that:(1)accumulated temperature from the first to the third accumulated temperature zone temperature weregradually decreased, corn seedling and grouting of the existence of low temperature stress conditions.Among them,2011Part I, II, III accumulated temperature, the temperature of the seedling stage was12.13℃,11.87℃,11.58℃; the minimum temperature of grain filling progress was12.16℃,11.40℃,9.56℃.(2) From the first to the third accumulated temperature zone, the yields of two maizevarieties were decreased gradually; After PKN treatment, the yield of two varieties of Part I, II, III,accumulated temperature zone improved significantly. PKN processing, reduce the two varieties ofgrain moisture content and ear bald long and pointed, and improve the two varieties of ear length andear diameter, and two varieties of grains per spike and spike the number of rows.(3) From the firstaccumulated temperature to the third accumulated temperature zone, the two varieties of grain dryweight increased with the development of grain "slow-fast-slow" S-shaped, with grain instantaneousfilling rate with grain development of a single peak curve, and two varieties of grain filling rate werehighest in the first accumulated temperature zone; the PKN processing improve the grain dry matteraccumulation and grain filling rate.(4) From the first accumulated temperature to the third accumulatedtemperature zone, after PKN treatment the value of Wmax and Gmax of grain filling progress delayed0.76%and6.49%,9.26%and10.29%,9.40%and14.51%than their control.(5) From the firstaccumulated temperature to the third accumulated temperature zone, the two aviaries showed decreasingtrend.Green leaves, leaf chlorophyll, leaves of two varieties of SOD, POD, and CAT activity showed adownward trend. MDA content, showed an opposite trend, the spike under MDA content than the threeleaves on the ear, above the bar3.Two cultivars proline of the content showing an increasing trend, andsoluble sugars showed an opposite trend, PKN treatment significantly enhanced the two varieties indifferent parts of the leaves of SOD, the POD, CAT activity and soluble sugar, reducing MDA andproline content.(6) From the first accumulated temperature to the third accumulated temperature zone,Zheng958abundance of a single on the3rd of0-30cm soil within the root of SOD and POD, CATactivity and root activity showed a decreasing trend, the content of MDA was increased trend. But afterPKN processing, the two varieties of the Protective Enzyme Activities and root activity to improve thecontent of MDA decreased chemical regulation to improve the resistance of the two varieties.(7) From the first accumulated temperature to the third accumulated temperature zone, two varieties of the growthperiod extend gradually; leaf area index (LAI) during the growth period showed a single peak curve,from peak tasseling to silking stage; plant height and ear height changes; the total root length of the twovarieties o showed a gradual downward trend; From the first accumulated temperature to the thirdaccumulated temperature zone, shoot dry weight and root to shoot ratio decreased. After PKN treatment,two varieties of plant height, ear height, ground dry weight, root to shoot ratio decreased.
