Study And Analysis On Green Breeding Of Special Animal On Mountainous Forests In Chongqing

With the rapid development of technology and productivity, the base of green breeding of special animals in Chongqing was founded in the21st century. People’s living condition has reached the well-off level. Their dietary structure and standard has changed. People prefer green, nutrition, health and safety in their food choice.As is known to all that the rapid growth of economy has brought pollution:many manufacturers consider more about output than safety, more about price than quality in food production. With the increase of people’s intellectual level, they already produced their own standard of choosing green food. Therefore, directed by such consumption concept, we aim at producing green, nutritious, healthy, and safe special animal products. We will base on the realization of a chain of provision, production and marketing, start from the source, ensure the safety of food, so as to satisfy the needs of consumers for green food.Indeed, production of food of green special animals is an industry of great potential. Meanwhile, competition in the market is fierce. How to satisfy the needs of consumers to by safety special animal foods at low prices and with good quality and at the same time, ensure the profit and sustainable development of base for green special animal breeding to increase the production and income of local peasants? That is an important topic for research. We investigated some of the base of green special animal breeding in Sichuan and Chongqing and collected abundant materials. We also interviewed some dealers and distributors. We believe that there’s no conflict between the profit of consumers and breeding bases. This project discusses from the perspectives of market prophase research, selection of special animals, management of production, cost-benefit and environmental risk assessment to prove the feasibility of the project.
