This experiment adopt two-element complete random design, the first factor is threekinds of moisture conservation measures, which are plastic mulch, straw mulch and fish-scalepit; the second factor is five kinds of organic and inorganic fertilizer ratio treatments. wecollection and analysis the data which are soil fertility, soil biological activity, soil watercontent of orchard soil, and Jujube yield, fruit quality. Our aim is study the effect of fertilizer,the yield change of jujube and soil nutrient content under different fertilization treatment andmoisture conservation measures. The results show as follow:(1)Soil organic carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content is the highestunder the straw mulch, and under the processing of the cover plastic, soil NO3-N, NH4-N andavailable p content is the highest. Organic and inorganic fertilizer was better than effect ofsingle chemical fertilizer and single organic fertilizer. under the straw mulch, F3M1treatmentis better for improve the content of organic C, total N and available K under the straw mulch,were2.93g/kg,0.44g/kg and136.9mg/kg; the highest content of NO3-N is in F3M1underplastic mulch, which can reach13.98mg/kg; the highest content of NH4-N is in F1M3underplastic mulch, which can reach11.85mg/kg, the highest content of available P is in F4underplastic mulch, which can reach7.20mg/kg.(2)The measure of straw mulch is better for improve the activity of soil urease,phosphatase, invertase. The measure of fish-scale pit is better for improve the activity of soilcatalase. Fertilization significantly increased the soil enzyme activity and the effect isdifferent with different fertilizer. The highest of urease activity is the F3M1treatment underthree kinds of moisture conservation measures, which are0.38mg/g in plastic mulch,0.94mg/g in straw mulch, and0.32mg/g in fish-scale pit. The highest of phosphatase activityis the F3M1treatment under plastic mulch and straw mulch, which reach42.43mg/g and27.66mg/g. The highest of invertase activity is the F2M2treatment under plastic mulch andfish-scale pit, which reach44mg/g and63.6mg/g. Under straw mulch, the highest of invertaseactivity is F3M1treatment,57mg/g. The highest of catalase activity is the F3M1treatment under plastic mulch and fish-scale pit, which reach11.07ml/g and9.95ml/g.(3)Soil microbial biomass carbon is higher on straw mulch, but under plastic mulch,soil microbial biomass nitrogen and phosphorus is higher. Fertilization significantly increasedthe soil microbial biomass and the effect is different with different fertilizer. The effect oforganic and inorganic fertilizer is better than single chemical fertilizer and single organicfertilizer. The highest of soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen is in the F3M1treatment,which reach115.3mg/kg and21.7mg/kg. The highest of soil microbial biomass phosphorus isin the F2M2treatment, which reach8.1mg/kg.(4)Under different moisture conservation measures, the soil moisture content in plasticmulch> straw mulch> fish-scale pit. Between30~60cm layers, the soil moisture content inplastic is the highest, under straw mulch the soil moisture content is evenly distributedbetween0-80cm layers. Organic fertilizer significantly increased the soil moisture content.(5)Under different moisture measures, different fertilization can all impact chlorophyllcontent. The highest of chlorophyll is in the F2M2treatment under plastic, which reach25.1.Fertilization significantly increased the jujube quality. The highest of total sugar is in thetreatment F2M2under plastic mulch, which reaches213mg/g, the highest of organic acid isthe F2M2treatment, which reaches3.29mmol/100g, the highest of Vc and Soluble solids areboth in the F4treatment, which reaches3.1mg/g and19.2%.(6)Fertilization significantly increased the jujube yield and the effect is different withdifferent fertilizer. The yield under straw mulch> plastic mulch> fish-scale pit. Meanwhile,the effect of organic and inorganic fertilizer is better than single chemical fertilizer and singleorganic fertilizer. The jujube yield, under plastic mulch, the treatment F1M3is higher, whichreaches22201kg/hm~2; under straw mulch, the treatment F2M2is highest, which reaches26472kg/hm~2; under fish-scale pit, the treatment F3M1is higher, which reaches18720kg/hm~2.
