Research On Finished Seedling Breeding Technology Of Kiwifruit In The Northern Area Of Qin Ling Mountains

In recent years, with the accelerated pace of agricultural structure adjustment, thekiwifruit industry into a period of rapid growth and with the rapid expansion of acreage, thedevelopment of the kiwifruit industry will require a lot of fine varieties of seedlings. Thisstudy was designed with finished seedling breeding technology of Qinling Mountainskiwifruit industry, the study will address the kiwifruit breeding program, including the seedtreatment, the choice and arrangement of nursery, planting and transplanting, grafting andcolonization, nursery management, lifter packaging. the main research on the relationship ofkiwifruit seeds in sand days and germination rate; suitable for grafting breeding period ofkiwifruit cultivars grafted seedlings in Qinling Mountains. At the same time the surveyanalyzes the key technologies in the kiwi finished the seedling cultivation. The results showedthat: Sand50-70days is appropriate, can be planted about50percent of the seed gemmating;in the northern area of Qin Ling Mountains, the preferred grafting times of main kiwifruitcultivars Hayward, Xuxiang and Hongyang is from1st June to1st August, grafting earlier,growing more; Hongyang gets the highest bud-take and sprouting and the most growth,Xuxiang the second, Hayward minimum in three main cultivars grafted in Actinidia deliciosarootstocks; the scion sprouting rate of grafts decreased significantly since15th August, andthe scion sprouting of the finished tree and half-finished tree grafted on1st September and15th September is very low, only8-26%in the next year. In this thesis, providing a reliabletechnical reference for breed fine varieties of seedlings of the kiwifruit industry in QinlingMountains.
