AM fungi diversity were investigated in the different forest farm which are Ostryopsis davidiana、Viburnum mongolicum、 Armeniaca sibirica、Betula platyphylla、Ulmus pumila、Pinus tabuliformis and Populus davidiana of GuLuban area in Daqingshan natural reserves of Inner Mongolia, and the relationship between AMF and Soil microbial quantity、soil enzyme and edaphic factors were studied. In order that we can verify AM fungi resources in Daqing mountain and lay the foundation for developing and making use of biological resources reasonably.Main research results are as follows:1. The experiment systematicaly investigated both shrub forests and arbor forests of seven common kinds in Daqingshan natural reserves in Inner Mongolia.18species of5genus of AM fungi were isolated,10species belong to Glomus,4species belong to Acaulospora,2species belong to Divers is ipora,1species belong to Scutellospora,1species belong to Gigaspora,11species were isolated and there were still3species from the survey areas which need to be identified. Among of which,12species of4genus of AM fungi were separated from shrubs and16species of4genus of AM fungi were separated from arbor forests.2. There were6-11species of AMF in the rhizosphere of shrubs; Spore density were43.33-98.33per0.1kg soil; Abundance of species were4.00-7.00per0.1kg soil; Shannon-Winer index ranged from1.58to2.14.A11the trends of species number spore density、abundance of species、shannon-Winer index were:S2>S3>S1. Species evenness index ranged from0.88-0.92, the trend was:S3>S2>S1. In arbor forest, there were7-13species of AMF; Spore density were42.00-110.00per0.1kg soil, the trend were:A2>A1>A3>A4; abundance of species were3.00-8.20per0.1kg soil; Shannon-Winer index ranged from1.88to2.47. All the trends of species number abundance of species and shannon-Winer index were:A2>A3>A1>A4. Species evenness index ranged from0.88-0.92, the trend was:A3>A1and A4>A2.3.The trend of soil microbial biomass in shrubs and arbor forests showed:the trends of microbial number in both shrub forests and arbor forests were:bacteria>fungi> actinomycete, the three kinds of soil microorganisms were all decrease with the rising of soil depth. In shrub sampling sites, the amount of bacteria was between5.35×105and32.49×105in lg soil, the regulation of bacterial quantity was:S2>S1> S3; the amount of bacteria was between1.18×105and15.83×105in lg soil, the regulation of actinomycetic quantity was:S3>S2>S1; the amount of bacteria is between0.34×105and0.68×105in lg soil, the trend of fungal quantity was:S2>S3>S1. In arbor forest sampling sites:the amount of bacteria was between1.53×105and48.35×105in lg soil, and the regulation of bacterial quantity was:A2>A3>A1>A4; The amount of bacteria was between1.73×105and24.19×105in lg soil, and the regulation of actinomycetic quantity was:A3>A2>A1>A4; The amount of bacteria is between0.32×105and0.88×105in lg soil, and the change of fungal quantity was:A3>A1>A2>A4.4. As to soil enzymes, they all decrease with the rising of soil depth in different types of forests. In shrub sampling sites, the urease activities range from0.205to1.571mg·g-1per hour, the trend was:S2>S3>S1; sucrase activities in different shrubs ranged from3.1ml·g-1·24h-1to6.6ml·g-1·24h-1,the trend was:S2>S3>S1; catalase activities in different shrubs ranged from0.298ml·g-1·24h-1to0.365ml·g-1·24h-1,the trend was: S3>S1>S2. In arbor forest sampling sites, the urease activities ranged from0.014mg·g-1·3h-1to2.464mg·g-1·3h-1the trend was:A2>A3>A1>A4; The sucrase activities ranged from2.5ml·g-1·24h-1to6.6ml·g-1·24h-1, the trend was:A1>A3>A2>A4;The catalase activities ranged from0.310to0.363ml·g-1·0.5h-1, the trend was:A4>A2>A3> Al. 5. In different forests, the correlation analysis of relationship between AMF diversity and soil factors、edaphon、soil enzyme showed:as to arbor forests, species evenness index had the most significant negative correlation with total nitrogen; had significant negative correlation with available nitrogen; had the negative correlation with urease in S2sampling site. Shannon-Winer index had significant negative correlation with sucrase; Species evenness index had the most significant positive correlation with urease in S3sampling sites. As to arbor forests, species evenness index had significant positive correlation with soil depth, had the most significant positive correlation with and PH value, had the most significant negative correlation with actinomycetes in A1sampling site. Spore density had significant negative correlation with soil depth, had significant positive correlation with soil moisture; Abundance of species had significant positive correlation with Shannon-Winer index and available phosphorus; Species evenness index had significant positive correlation with in soil depth, had significant negative correlation with available nitrogen in A2sampling site. Shannon-Winer index had significant negative correlation with soil moisture in A3sampling site.
