Combining with the23years long-term fertilizing, no fertilizer (CK), single nitrogen (N), nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer (NP), potassium low quantity organic fertilizer (Ml), low quantity and nitrogen fertilizer and organic fertilizer (MIN), low amount of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer and organic fertilizer (MINP), high quantity and nitrogen fertilizer and organic fertilizer (M2N), high quantity organic fertilizer and nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer (M2NP) eight treatment on chestnut brown soil nitrogen fertility characteristics and the effect of maize quality, and statistical analysis of soil nitrogen between the form and the relationship between the form and the soil nitrogen corn nitrogen content of the relationship. The main results are as follows:1, cinnamon long-term application of nitrogen and nitrogen on phosphate fertilizer with soil nitrogen accumulation have done, but on the soil alkali solution of nitrogen content of absolute and relative contents were not significantly influenced. And long-term application of organic manure can not only greatly improve soil total nitrogen content, alkali solution also significantly improve nitrogen content, organic fertilizer and fertilizer application with its effect more apparent, and the organic fertilizer increases with the increase of CRN, relative content also have must increase.2, compared with no fertilizer, single organic fertilizer on the fixed mode of ammonium absolutely not significantly affect the content, it doesn’t cause of soil NO3-Naccumulation. Single nitrogen could promote the accumulation of soil NO3-Nammonium and grid work of the fixed. And the N treatment, compared with nitrogen and phosphorus can significantly slow; soil no3(superscript-n accumulation, also can be in a certain extent, reduce soil of ammonium fixed, with low quantity nitrogen was manure, can restrain the soil no3(superscript-n accumulation, but to promote the role of ammonium fixed, increase the two role seems organic fertilizer is weakened. Single organic fertilizer soil nitrogen content than control ammonium no significant change, other than control processing have increased to N, MINP increase to a larger extent, the second is NP and M2N, processing M1N, the increase of MINP small scale.3, compared with no fertilizer, different fertilizer processing soil acid solution nitrogen and acid insoluble nitrogen content increases, organic fertilizer is more advantageous to the soil acid insoluble nitrogen accumulation, nitrogen is more conducive to soil acid solution nitrogen accumulation. Organic fertilizer with inorganic fertilizer, soil acid solution nitrogen and acid insoluble the increase of the content of nitrogen more significant, low p, soil acid solution nitrogen and acid insoluble the proportion of nitrogen close to nitrogen treatment, and with phosphate fertilizer was, soil acid solution nitrogen and acid insoluble the proportion of nitrogen fertilizer close to deal with.4, soil nitrogen between various forms are positively related. Soil total nitrogen content and alkali solution soil nitrogen content related was significant, acid hydrolysis nitrogen is the main source of nitrogen alkali solution, acid insoluble nitrogen content and alkali solution between nitrogen and a significant correlation. Soil nitrogen and ammonium nitrate and fixed ammonium state no significant related. Soil and soil ammonium fixed state acid solution nitrogen main is one of the ammonia nitrogen correlation is higher, and other forms of nitrogen correlation to the poor. Soil no3(superscript-n content and ammonium soil nitrogen highly relevant, and other forms of nitrogen correlation are very low.5, long-term application of nitrogen fertilizer and organic fertilizer to raise corn protein content have the effect significantly, organic fertilizer and inorganic with secondary effect more apparent, and the organic fertilizer increased surueyed.6, corn was by the influence of the amino acid content fertilizer is larger, the essential amino acids and the essential amino acids by the influence of the proportion of the fertilizer small. Nitrogen can effectively improve the corn grain amino acids, nitrogen fertilizer and organic fertilizer quantity and high with secondary effect is better. The increase of the content of nitrogen fertilizer on leucine more advantage, and with organic and inorganic was more favorable to the increase of the content of lysine.7, corn starch content by the influence of the fertilizer is small, with high quantity nitrogen phosphorus fertilizer was can obviously increase the organic fertilizer starch content, other fertilizer treatments to raise corn starch content does not play a significant role.8, corn grain total nitrogen and soil alkali solution nitrogen, hydrolysis of nitrogen, amino nitrogen, unknown between nitrogen a significant positive correlation between, corn grain total nitrogen and the rest of the correlation between different forms nitrogen is not significant.
